Solder mask insulates against electrical connections and does not allow solder to stick to it. It is why you can solder to a solder pad, but not to the board itself. It does not conduct electricity and is heat resistant. LTronics UVH900 is used to Insulate jumpers, Cover exposed ground around BGA chipset pads, Cover leads of components you do not want to touch a jumper. Apply a small amount using a toothpick, then cure in with UV light.

Works, but only the curing time is longer then other solder mask I used.

sottoposta a raggi UV con apposita lampada fa solo una pellicola indurita e sotto resta liquida, e se la tocchi si stacca la crosta... Anche metendone un velo piuttosto sottile.

Diese Lötmaske tut was sie soll.Dünn aufgetragen, UV Taschenlampe (nichts spezielles) für ~10-20 Sekunden hingehalten und schon bildet sich eine harte aber flexible „Kruste“.Man muss hierbei nur aufpassen, dass man nicht zu viel aufträgt! Ansonsten bildet sich oben die Kruste und unterhalb (innerhalb der Kruste) bleibt es weich, weil dort die UV-Strahlen nicht mehr hinkommen. Also wer gelötete Jumper-Kabel, oder sonstige Komponente vor einem Kurzschluss schützen möchte muss das im Hinterkopf behalten! Lieber 2-3 dünne Schichten auftragen und mittels UV-Lampe aushärten lassen!
