Just started it. Definitely not for beginners. I would recommend having a few punched cards handy. there's, I think, 52 threads and nowhere to store part-used ones. Things very quickly get messy with part-threads having to go back on the cards with the whole ones. But apart from that, it's gorgeous with 9 good, clear pages of stitching. Should keep me busy for a while.Just finished. Like another poster, I was short of thread, but only one colour and only half a dozen stitches. I wrote asking for Anchor number but only reply was to spam me with 'special offers'.

Excellent thread and aida. Two needles given. Please be aware that there are 9 pages of A3 paper patterns to follow. Very lovely and enjoyable kit

Am a huge fan of Lucas crosstitch kits. The outcome does look same as in the picture, even much better
