I buy these for my husband. He is diabetic and uses the pocket for his insulin pump. Highly recommend.

These were surprising well made and comfortable. I am not sure if I really need this much security, but I plan to use them in Europe for my passport and some spare money/spare credit card on days when should not need them.. On the negative side if you actually need to get something out of the pockets, you probably would want some privacy to do so. However, there is no way you could ever get pick pocketed. These also are good under workout shorts if you want to keep a key or something secure with a zipper. You could fit a phone in either pocket, but it might bounce around a bit depending on how tight the waist band fits you.

I got these because I want pockets in my underwear for an insulin pump. The fit of these are great and they are very comfortable. Pockets work perfectly too. I wish they didn't have the long dangly handles on the zippers and had more of a lowkey, less jingly, normal zipper head. I may just snip them off since I leave the zippers open and just use them as open pockets... Just a minor cosmetic issue though, everything else about these I love.Only negative is the price. These are super pricey, but they accomplish what I need.UPDATE 2/25 - I have had these for about 8 months now. I bought 8 pairs total and I just threw my 5th pair away due to tearing in the crotch area. For how expensive these are I am extremely disappointed that they haven't even lasted a year.

I have ordered these three times from a different seller and loved them, but at 2 pair for $18 they were expensive. Then I ordered these and the XXL gray are the exact same underwear, for less then half the price.

I’m not a fan of boxer briefs so I wear these as an outer or middle layer and only when I sleep. I put my insulin pump in the pocket and it stays there. Comfortable for what they are.
