Very large and strange but happy to overlook due to the efficiency of the product. Cleared a really significant blockage. So easy to use even as a disabled person. Took me no more than 3-4 mins to fully clear the clog.

Item is great for unblocking toilets, however Amazon decided to send a plastic item in a paper bag instead of the giant boxes they love to use when delivering a box of pens! Unfortunately, the item arrived broken. I blame Amazon. The item itself seems ok. A bit expensive, and the handle isn’t long enough so the toilet water splashes onto the handle. Wear gloves!

For over 2 weeks we’ve had an awful gurgling noise coming from under the bath every time the toilet was flushed - I thought I would have to call a plumber in. I decided to give this product a try as a last resort and it worked straight away - thank you, you saved us a lot of money!
