The outfit is cute but cheaply made, with thin jersey fabric and unreinforced seams. It nicely fits a 13" baby doll, except for the hat, which is way oversized. I opened the hat seams, cut 2.5" off the circumference (5/8" each side, double thickness), and reconstructed it, adding rib-knit trim to fit a doll head of 10 1/4" circumference (Gotz brand, Muffin series). Also, the seam below the back opening was already damaged on arrival, with threads loose and a small hole in the fabric, as if someone had pulled on it--just as a child would do, in actual use. I repaired the fabric with iron-on interfacing, restitched the seam, and added a triangle of iron-on interfacing on the outside, stitched down for extra reinforcement. I also tethered the tiny slippers to the pant cuffs with ribbon, to prevent loss. Sewing an outfit from scratch would be less work and more durable!

Really cute outfit, unfortunately it was way too small for my 14 inch silicone. (The body was barely long enough to be able to close the Velcro, and the arms and legs road up 1/3 the way on the limbs. It fit the 12 inch silicone much better. The hat however, was three times larger than any baby I own in this size range could use, had I kept the outfit I would have had to cut down the hat to fit. I did return the items because hey were too small to fit the need I had. I’m sure there are dolls out there that this outfit would fit well, like Baby alive, in which case it would be a really nice purchase! ( the hat would probably fit too!)
