This thing is awesome. I have a big head and the 14" fits great. I bought this to bring to Disney so I don't lose my glasses on the rides!

I got the 14 inch instead of the 16 this way I could tighten it against the back of my head and my glasses do not fall off when I'm working upside down or on my side. The only thing to be aware of with these are my glasses have the ear arms that curve towards the back of the ear instead of straight from the frame, so then these wire straps go down my neck which is fine but with a collar on my coat it likes to get stuck constantly so it's annoying for this particular application of glasses but they work absolutely wonderful.
