This is by far my four year olds new favorite toy. She LOVES it. We had to do it immediately when it arrived together and then she insisted on doing it with my husband after and then by herself. First thing this morning? “Mommy, can we do my mermaid puzzle?”It’s great because it is a challenge for her, but she can figure it out. We started by sorting into corners, middles, and sides. Once you do the sides you can figure it out well. Each mermaid is across 2-4 tiles.They fit well together so there’s no question if it’s the right fit, etc. and her newly minted 4 year old hands are strong enough to push them together.I’d definitely buy this as a gift for a kid that loves mermaids.

My 4 year old is obsessed with mermaids, so I obviously had to get this puzzle for her. She loves it! I, as a parent, love the design and how the mermaids are all different races/shades of skin. My little girl is definitely represented in this puzzle.The puzzle is quite big (we do puzzles on the table) which is a plus. The pieces are thick, too! No risk of them being bent at all by my 4 year old.

I own a few other Banana Panda puzzles and love them so I knew I had to get this one too. This is my first non search and find/investigate puzzle from them though and it did not disappoint. The pieces were beautiful, big, and sturdy and my girls and I enjoyed putting it together.

My daughter loves this puzzle! She just turned 5 and loves doing puzzles. This is her first ‘big’ puzzle, since she has only had the smaller 6-10 piece puzzles up until now.This puzzle comes in a cute box with a rope handle. Which is great for packaging but also to store the puzzle while you aren’t making it. It is a nice durable feeling box that it will last for the many times she will pull out and do this puzzle. The puzzle pieces as well are a nice thicker cardboard material. The colors and print on the puzzle is vibrant and fun for her to put together. She has loved putting this puzzle together so much, I think she has done it now about 20 times.The description does say “floor puzzle” because it is ‘large’ - so I wasn’t sure what to expect (without pulling out an actual tape measure). But the puzzle actually was a decent size that we were able to build it on our kitchen table too. If she wants to build it in her room she can make it on her bed or on the floor. It’s big, but not too big!I have already looked at the other puzzles this brand makes and excited to purchase more

Mermaid puzzle is cute with nice quality pieces. They fit together but don’t necessarily “snap” into place. The pieces are a bit loose, but overall a great puzzle with closable box that has a handle.The looser fit might be better for littler kids?Not sure if it is a feature or defect, but OK either way.
