Die Filtermedien in unserem Programm sind je nach Spezifikation und Einsatzzweck aus speziell ausgerüsteten Papieren,Vliesen oder mehrlagig gearbeitet.
MAHLE Papierfilter bestehen aus hochwertigen, mit speziellen Harzen imprägnierten Zellulosefasern für den Einsatz in Luft-, Kraftstoff-, Öl- und Hydraulikfiltern.
Kunststofffasern im Mikrometer-Bereich sind das Ausgangsmaterial für Vliese – je feiner die Faser, desto besser die Abscheidung. Vliese werden in Schichten aufgebracht, wobei die Feinheit der Fasern und die Vliesdichte von der Schmutz- zur Reinseite ansteigen. Dieser Trichtereffekt ermöglicht Abscheidegrade von 99,9 % bei geringem Durchflusswiderstand.
Mehrlagige Filtermedien werden überwiegend in modernen Diesel-Kraftstoff-Einspritzanlagen verbaut. Die Kombination aus Vlies und Papier hat gegenüber herkömmlichen Papierfiltern eine bis zu 40 % höhere Aufnahmekapazität.
Saubere Ansaugluft ist unabdingbar für optimale Motorenleistung. Luftfilter von MAHLE halten Staub, Ruß und Reifenabrieb bis zu 99,9 % ab und fördern ein optimales Luft-Kraftstoff-Gemisch. Die hohe Partikelaufnahmekapazität garantiert lange Standzeiten – auch unter Extrembedingungen (Hitze, Kälte, chemische Einflüsse) – und verzögert Verschleiß an Ventilen, Zylinderlaufflächen, Kolbenringen, Gleitlagern und anderen Motorkomponenten. Für einwandfreie Filterleistung müssen sie gemäß den vom Automobilhersteller vorgeschriebenen Intervallen ausgetauscht werden.

Compre éste filtro y me llegó uno Mahle, ya he usado muchos filtros knecht y sabía que el fabricante es Mahle, son exactamente los mismos filtros bajo otro nombre , así que yo esto ya lo sabía, la caja de Mahle es azul y la de kneth naranja...nada más , en esta ocasión a mi me ha llegado directamente Mahle en caja azul.El filtro es adecuado para un Audi A6 3.0 TDI c7 ( año 2013) , sobre la calidad del mismo poco hay que decir de éste fabricante, uno de los tres mejores marcas de filtros junto a Bosch y mann filter.Por último decir que el precio es inigualable, 12€ un filtro de aire Mahle con gastos de envío es un chollo, en un recambista o taller de barrio pagarás el doble y en el concesionario el triple.

These are the exact replacements for my Audi S6. The part number printed on the top of filter matches the OEM from Audi and I saved $$$. The entire job for me took under 20 mins and the hardest part is to reinstall it back. I was still on original filter and it had 50,000km on it. The difference in smooth engine operation after a new filter was immediate. Please vote on helpful if this helps you. Here are steps on filter change if you need:To Access Filter:- Make sure engine is not hot to prevent burns (do on a cold engine is best)- Remove plastic engine cover (4 tabs, one at each corner of the cover)- Disconnect the 2 rubber inlet tubes from the top of air filter housing where it meets the plastic tubes- Carefully unlock (to prevent breaking tab) & rotating anti-clockwise (looking from driver seat perspective) and remove plastic housingTo Remove Filter:- It helps to wiggle or rotate the filter itself (in any direction) while pulling it out- don't give up, keep rotating and pulling out. It is "inserted" into a round plastic guide at the end of the inlet housing (this part can be frustrating)- It needs to be twisted out about 1 inch before you can remove the entire filterClean the air filter box:- Notice all the sand, leaves down there? Vacuum it up- Once you're satisfied its clean, go ahead and work your way backwards.Special note:- ensure the new filter is all the way onto the round guide at the bottom - it must not protrude above the filter box opening- Careful when reinstalling the top of the filter housing that you do not damage the twist lock- it took several attempts before the top of the filter housing will line up with the filter - not hard just don't be in a hurry- it took another 2 attempts to get the housing to line up with the locking tab (tab rotates clockwise - when looking at the housing from driver's POV).- then it took another few attempts once the above are satisfactory to reinstall the rubber tubing - again not hard, just be patient with it.- don't be in a hurry, take your time, reinstallation took the most amount of time.

Ist 1:1 der originale Filter von Audi, kostet dort halt das doppelte.Aufdruck ist auch am OEM Filter drauf (LX2049/4)Habe ich bei meinem 2012 3,0TDI A6 4G gewechselt
