I've had ankle pain for over ten years. I have a ganglion cyst that causes a lot of pressure and nerve pain. After only 24 hours my ankle already feels 90% better and I'm sure it will continue to get stronger. I even slept with the brace on and barely noticed it. It fits perfectly in my shoes and doesn't seem to dig into my skin like other braces. I wish I had this brace years ago! I'm very thankful I found this brace at last. All I would change is the color, black or black and grey would be ideal for me. But other than that it's perfect.
