1. Nehmen Sie die Schlafmaske aus der Verpackung. 2. Passen Sie die Augenmuscheln und das Kopfband für eine individuelle Passform an. 3. Legen Sie die Schlafmaske über Ihre Augen, stellen Sie sicher, dass die C-förmigen Augenmuscheln flach an Ihren Schläfen sitzen. 4. Verwenden Sie den Klettverschluss, um die Maske um Ihren Kopf zu befestigen. 5. These work really well. They completely block out the light and are comfortable to wear while sleeping in my side. They leave no marks in the morning. They have shifted a few times in the night, but are easy to readjust.

Die beste Maske die ich jemals hatte ich bin normal kein Fan von schlafmasken weil die normal immer verrutschen und Licht durch kommt und sie mich auch einfach stören beim schlafen aber dann hat mein Partner die Maske gekauft und ich hab sie mir ausgeliehen und ich hab so fantastisch geschlafen da hab ich mir auch direkt meine eigene geholt.

First thing, yes it does look rather silly looking and bulky if you decide to wear this out while traveling in public, but to be honest, it is probably the best sleep mask I have ever purchased.I have purchased weighted sleep masks in the past but have done nothing, but this one is pretty lightweight and really comfortable to wear.I have been toying with getting one for ages, and as soon as Amazon had them at a discount rate, I grabbed the chance to get one.Used it a couple of times now when taking a nap during the day at weekends, and even took it with me when doing a long drive and needed to take a rest stop for a hour, and felt really refreshed after using it.Even during the middle of the day in bright sunlight, you are in pitch blackness, and does help you to relax.Yes the price can be a little off putting, but find it is worth every penny.

I've tried a few sleep masks after I started using them a couple years ago. After using mine for about a week I can say that the Manta Pro stands out head and shoulders above the rest.Yes, it's expensive. But it does make a compelling case. I was used to finding my sleep masks on the floor somewhere when I wake up. I'm not sure if they loosen up and slide off on their own or if I somehow manage to take them off while sleeping. That hasn't happened with the Manta. The strong, infinitely adjustable velcro combined with the gel "squiggle" on the inside of the strap means it stays put all night long even if I move about.The adjustable eye cups are also fantastic. I find that I usually get the most light leakage around my nose, so having two separate eye cups with the ability to space them exactly as necessary and leave a gap for the nose makes the mask more effective and increases its comfort. It took a couple adjustments to get them just so, but once they're where you need them you don't have to think about it again.Perhaps most importantly, it really does deliver on the promise of 100% blackout. Sleeping on my back, my side, or my stomach - no light gets in. One morning I managed to bump a wireless light switch on my headboard reaching for my phone to silence my alarm and turned the lights on to a full brightness setting. I went back to sleep and didn't even know the lights were on until I woke up again and took the mask off to look at the clock.Finally, the Manta Pro is extremely comfortable. It's never felt heavy, or hot, or uncomfortable in the slightest. The tapered eye cups keep it from feeling bulky if you turn your head to the side. Again, it might take you a couple tries to get the right balance of comfy and secure when putting it on, but once you're there you'll be golden.Overall, just a very well thought out and executed eye mask. If good sleep is important to you, the Manta Pro is worth a look.

Great product although i believe the cost is pretty steep, in saying that the eye mask is incredibly comfortable and for someone who is a side sleeper this is worth it.
