I am getting ASR error message in display despite multiple power restarts, the table wont move up or down. Its been not more than 5 months since i bought it. Could some one help me?

Initially, I was not going to rate this. I was not able to have it assembled for several months after purchase, so when it was not working, I felt that much of the blame was on me due to the lapse. I contacted customer support. They were wonderful!! Quick responses and sent new parts that fixed my desk. I am loving it! I uise a power wheelchair and these are the only desks that I have found that are tall enough for my chair to fit under. I highly recommend this desk and this company.

Can’t beat the value of this desk! The build process was extremely easy. We bought two and I was able to build both of them in less than an hour. The desk is extremely sturdy even at the highest setting. There could be a little more desk space but honestly the only issue I had was finding a desk mat that would fit with going under my monitors stand. Had to order a custom one off of Etsy but honestly that’s a nitpick and that’s all I can think of as a possible negative. If you’re on the fence, just do it. You won’t regret it!
