This is perfect for the Travel Van. It is so-o much better than any type of folding step I've used to-date! The little kids jump all over it and I don't have to worry it's going to tip or break. Same for my elderly parents (or anybody else) getting in and out of the sliding door of the van when parked at camp. Easy to unfold or fold up flat. Last it has great traction whether I use the cover or not. The velcro on the cover is very strong, it's not going anywhere but not necessary unless you have a tiny pet in which case it's great. If you want a sturdy step that isn't too high, this is the ONLY one to get.

Functions as described but is actually quite useful with easy expandable height adjustments, Works well as both a step stool and as a sitting stool. The collapsible design makes it easy to transport and store. Very steady even in supporting an excess of 200#.Blue color means you won't miss where you put it!
