It's a staple for pasta makers. Well sourced, tested and contains lots of infos about home made pasta, not just a lot of recipes with pasta, like so many other "pasta books".

Super libro para aprender a elaborar la masa de la pasta. Se enfoca en tipos de harina, tipos de pasta (cortes) y técnicas se elaboración. No trae muchas recetas de salsas ya que se enfoca en la masa.A nosotros nos encantó el libro, muy didáctico y con útiles fotografías paso a paso.

Amazing pasta book. Inspiring stories, great recipes and extremely well thought out. One of my favorite parts of the book and something that I feel really illustrates how great this book truly is are the pasta dough recipes. The book goes through using different types of flour so that you can make the dough out of whats available to you.I find a lot of recipes will force their restrictions onto you where as this book feels like its trying to work with you and encourages you to experiment. If you are a pasta-lover at all then I would really recommend picking up this book, its the Rolls-Royce of pasta books and you will find yourself going back to it again and again for both inspiration and recipes.
