The MaxxMMA Speed Bag Platform is Awesome! Solid build. Amazing Super Sonic 3 Bearing system is lightning Fast! Short "U" Swivel! with quick release Pin! that has a bearing for quick Bag exchange. Instead of bicycle chain types or cotter pin swivels.The 1 1/2 inch Wood Platform is great. I originally thought I'd have to add an additional 2x24. But I just added 42lbs of Rubber Dumbbells to the top and it feels amazing. I did upgrade to a smaller, Leather Speed Bag of course. But my only gripe is that it should have been made a little longer To Bottom for better height adjustments. It's height adjustments are ok for me. But not sure about other users?I am just glad it didn't come with the longer, cheaper "U" swivel. Bc some other sites show same platforms. But different swivels. So I'm glad I got the one with the swivel that's been Updated.I hope MaxxMMA updates All of these platforms with the quick release 3 bearing system. For other buyers. The swivel has side bearings, neck bearings, and a bearing in the quick bag adjustment pin for the shorter "Swivel U". The U is nice and thick. The bag doesn't wobble or go off center. Giving you greater stability.Well worth the price. I paid $199.99I see other sites selling this for $399.99So buy on Amazon!!!Again Highly Recommended!

I always wanted one. Now i have it. I'm steadily getting better. I really like this speed bag. Build quality is great. I've had no issues with it. It's tricky but fun.

Really well made, easy to put together and mount (all wall fixings supplied for both stud wall and solid wall).Once mounted (stud wall in my case) it doesn’t move at all during use, it’s rock solid. Really pleased with this and well worth paying a bit more given the quality. I had looked at cheaper versions which all looked a bit flimsy.

Also die Platte ist wirklich gut aber der Rest najaDa wird einfach ne schraube mit geliefert die noch nicht mal ausgestanzt ist😂Für 200€ erwarte ich da schon ein bisschen bessere Qualität. Mir gefallen die Streben auch nicht so gut wo die platte dran fest montiert ist.10er Dübel wären auch noch geil gewesen
