We use this to keep give our tortoise the correct amount of UVA/UVB lightUses little power compared to the old fashioned lights, and puts out less heat.If you need a new light, then you can't go wrong with this one.5/5

This is a decent bulb, and it gets nice and warm. (I went for the 26W). I suppose really these are the reptile evivelent of when I go on a sunbed. The light itself emits a biright white daylight light. I was thinking it might have a blue tinge. Not sire of the effects on my leccy bill yet but if they are catastrophic I will report back!

Not a lot you can say about a light bulb really. It provides UVA/UVB light and works perfect for our bearded dragons. Reasonable price.

These bulbs not only provide the necessary light output for your reptiles but they do it extremely well and are far better than the old type tube UVA and uvb lights due to the design of the bulb and the large Edison screw fitting they are not only easy to fit and maintain but provide a great deal of light without a great deal of heat which is perfect for our reptiles
