This is a pretty good item. Well made, easy to program and works well. The many modes/speeds should be enough for anyone, and the remote is a plus.I don't know how effective these things are for exercise; will it actually help me keep fit? That's why four stars. Probably a good way to warm up and get into an exercise program.I'm using it to help with my recovery from knee replacement surgery.

This is working out nicely. I’m shocked at how quiet it is (great for when I’m on a conference call). It was super easy to set up. The different modes are nice, but a little complicated to figure out. I like that it has a remote and came with extra grease for maintenance. Hopefully this will help me get my steps in while working long hours. So far, I’m using it daily and I’m quite happy with it.

This is a unique piece. It’s like biking but easier. The petals move for you. Forward and backward. You can increase or lower the speed with a remote. I can’t use a treadmill because I have arthritis in my big toes so this is great just to get my blood flowing while I sit at my desk.

This is lightweight and easy to carry and move around. It's easy to use and seems to be made really well. It's non slip and stays where you need it.

Easy setup out of the box and has a very nice feel when using it. It doesn’t feel cheap and the bearings feel solid and rotate smoothly and easily. Remote is a nice accessory if you need to change the program while still moving. It’s a bit larger than others I’ve seen, but does seem more heavy-duty than others. All in all a great value piece of equipment.
