Compact little guy but it makes me swear and muscles burn. I jump on it at random times in the day for a few mins and it helps to re energize me when I'm tired.

I bought this stepper to help me reach 10k steps a day. It comes with resistance bands that can be attached for arm exercises, which is a nice addition. You can also adjust the height and resistance with the knob, and it includes a meter to track your steps.I did have some issues with the stepper, but when I contacted the seller, they were very helpful and responsive. Their customer service was excellent.

I work from home and sometimes get restless legs and I purchased this from seeing all the hype on social media platforms, I will try to do 5 mins every hour while working or on lunch i try to do 10 to 20 minutes straight and this thing feels like a full work out when done. I feel the burn in my legs and glutes even my stomach area cause youre almost doing a crunch if you lean slightly forward while stepping and hold in your mud section, keeps the heart rate going and it's in the comfort of my home, the arm extensions are also great but you have to stay consistent for results, overall great purchase for me.

I stand 5'2" , 235lbs, and size 10w sneakers. The arm bands are not overly long so work great for arm curls and such for my short self. Fits my big feet fine... however my sons size 14w feet do not fit lol. Counter does work but a pain to set. It's a quiet little machine, larger than I thought it would be. However as long as it holds up it'll help keep me active enough during winter (ny winters are long and cold normally so not much outdoor time). Will update if anything else occurs
