This is a review of the Messagenes WhatsApp stickers and the software that supports them. The stickers I ordered measured 8.6 x 5.5 cm. They can be scanned and read in a contactless way by a modern mobile phone or alternatively read using the QR code. Whichever method is used, once scanned the mobile will open WhatsApp and relay a pre-programmed message. This then allows the recipient to act upon the message or respond using WhatsApp.The system is setup using an on-line portal which allows initial setup and is able to alter messages as often as required. Each sticker is setup in a unique way. The stickers are sold as being for use in hospitality but there are many other ways in which they could be used such as for tracing lost items, customer feedback, emergency contacts, doing surveys etc. I consider the cost of the stickers is not just for the items themselves but also to support the ongoing use of the software. The system is easy to use and works exactly as expected so certainly considered to be a useful tool .

I use this product for my glamping business and it is very convenient and easy to use.It allows me to connect with my customers via Whatsapp using QR and NFC stickers that I can customize with my logo and message.The stickers are reusable and can be placed anywhere in my glamping site, such as the reception, the tents, the bathrooms, etc.The customers can scan the stickers with their phones and start a WhatsApp chat with me, where I can answer their questions, provide them with information, or receive their feedback.The product also comes with a web platform where I can manage all my chats, create templates, and access analytics.This product has improved my customer service and communication, and has increased my customer satisfaction and loyalty.I highly recommend this product to anyone who runs a hospitality business and wants to connect with their customers in a fast and simple way!
