der Accesspoint Tut exakt was er soll wenn man weiß wie man ihm sagt was man will.Problem des Routeros ist dass es kein klicki bunti System ist wie es die meisten Konsumenten erwarten. Wenn man allerdings weis was man tut bekommt man für einen (verhältnissmäßig) schmalen Geldbeutel ein schweizer taschenmesser mit kaugummi und büroklammer geliefert.

This is the best router/repeater Wifi wise that I've ever had. Amazing range for 2.4 and 5 Ghz.I've got a big garden, like 13000 square meters and I've got signal in all corners of that(of course, speed decreases), including my house.

Mikrotik ist für Profis. Entsprechend sind die Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten. Das ist Vor- und Nachteil sogleich - je nach vorhandenem Fachwissen.

Great for power users. Packs massive amount of features. 3 radios with hardware filter also creates many possibilities: 2ghz 2x2, 5ghz 2x2 and 5ghz 4x4.In newest version they are adding wave2 support which is game changer and will render this unit best device in its price range.Giving them five stars mainly because they all the time add new features and really improve their products all the time for free.Unlike Linksys and their velop offering for which they release new features but on subscription basis! So I have switched from Linksys to MikroTik and I am happy with my decision.

Unfortunately an otherwise excellent Mikrotik product is rendered useless in the USA due to it apparently not being licensed for 160Mhz operation yet limiting you to 80Mhz ONLY which forces significantly sub-par performance.Such a disappointment.

So let's start by saying I do appreciate Mikrotik products, although their wireless are not cutting edge, they get the job done and once set up and configured correctly, they will serve you well.This particular unit caused many issues because it would constanctly drop signal or just stop sending out a wifi signal altogether. Caused me confusion for a few days until I used a know good configuration on the unit. It worked excellently initially, great speed and coverage throughtout the house. Then it would drop. 3 days I woke up to not internet, and had to reset the device and re-load the config to get it working again.Ended up sending this back. The vendor was very helpful.UPDATE:I order second unit from same vendor since they were so supportive through this situation, and the second one performs flawlessly using same config as before. No drops at all and consistent speeds and coverage.Since it's POE I mounted a small shelf and now it doesn't have to be touched anymore.I gave it 4 stars, due to the fact Mikrotik support never got back to me, over a month of waiting, and I would have moved onto another product if the vendor hadn't been so helpful.Get your act together Mikrotik, if you don't have the manpower to support the products, stop putting out half baked lame products. As much as I want to give this 5 stars I can't. It lags years behind other WIFI-5 offerings, and most manufacturers have been putting out WIFI6 for a year now.

3 wireless interfaces and nice design. The best mikrotik device for home.
