Die Lebensdauer beträgt ca. 180 Tage. In der Regel muss der Filter ausgetauscht werden, wenn die Ersatzerinnerung darauf hinweist, dass die vorhandene Kartusche gewechselt werden muss. In einigen Sonderfällen, in denen die Verstopfungssituation auch nach dem Auswechseln des PP-Baumwollfilters anhält, tauschen Sie bitte den Verbundfilter aus.
PP-BAUMWOLL-FILTER
Die Lebensdauer hängt von der Leitungswasserqualität ab. Schlechte Wasserqualität kann leicht zu Verstopfungen führen. Normalerweise beträgt die längste Lebensdauer etwa 6 Monate, aber bitte ersetzen Sie diesen Filter, wenn der Filter verstopft ist oder der Wasserdurchfluss geringer wird (weniger als 6 Monate).
WAS TUN BEI VERSTOPFUNGEN?
Wenn das lokale Wasser viele Verunreinigungen enthält, verstopfen die Filter (weniger als die normale Lebensdauer). Führen Sie die folgenden Schritte aus, um den PP-Baumwollfilter auszutauschen.
· Schritt 1: Wenn der Wasserdurchfluss abnimmt oder der Filter verstopft ist, ist es an der Zeit, zunächst den PP-Baumwoll-Filter auszutauschen.
· Schritt 2: Entfernen Sie den vorhandenen PP-Baumwoll-Filter – den Verbundfilter müssen Sie nicht austauschen (er hat eine Lebensdauer von bis zu 6 Monaten, bitte wechseln Sie ihn der Anleitung entsprechend).
· Schritt 3: Setzen Sie den neuen PP-Baumwollfilter wie im Bild gezeigt ein.
· Schritt 4: Der Wasserdurchfluss ist wieder normal.

We have a lot of iron in our water this helps remove a lot of it. I replace every 4 to 6 months.

I use well water. Water is very hard. This filter really filters sediment and chlorine that we use to sanitize the water.

This is the best water filter I have used. You will need to replace once in a while both filters so this pack is very helpful. Its super easy to replacr and I really believe it improves the water quality.

I really like these filters the cotton ones go bad fast and they get slimy so you need to replace those but once a month the more aggressive filter in the middle I'd say we replace it maybe every 4 months

Bought the replacement filter for both the inner cartridge and Z replacement. I have replaced the Z filters a couple of times with no issue. Just replaced the inner cartridge for the 1st time and it started leaking at the top through the seams where it locks the housing for filter to the top part connected to the shower head. I have removed and checked it, adjusted it and compared it to the previous inner cartridge. Everything is the same and fixed properly. Something is not working as it supposed to and the leaks are getting worst by the day and there is no way of contacting this seller.Edit: The Miniwell service team reached out to try to help rectify the problem. In the end a replacement filter was sent to me and everything works perfectly well as its supposed to. I have used many types of shower filters, I have about 4 other types and this is by far the best one in terms of quality, easy to replace and checking to see if filter needs to be replaced because of the translucent portion of the housing. Definitely recommend this.
