Perfectly unbreakable for toddler bathroom.It looks sleek, love the stainless steel, and keeps messy bar soap from becoming gross. I wish I bought this years ago!

Update. Not quite a month in use and it has started to rust. Definitely not as good of material as the one that I had previously. The indentation in the bottom is rusting, and there is a pit on the upper holder that was rusty before I cleaned it.Arrived in good condition and quickly. There are useful as they keep your soap well drained and are easy to clean. They are the same as a one I've had for years and have been quite happy with.

Are your arms tired of holding your soap? You had a shower. You used your bar soap (because you're old fashioned like me.) And now what?You can't just put it down anywhere. It'll get dirty. It'll make whatever you put it on slippery.Now the skin of your hands is becoming dry from all the soap-holding. You wander around your house in perplexity with a bar of soap in your hand.You need a dish. Preferably one that keeps the soap from sitting in water.There's a solution to this.

For the showers in my home, I like to use the shower caddies that you can stick on the wall. One of the downsides with these caddies is that because the 'slots' in between the metal wires are large, once my bar soap is used up somewhat (and inevitably shrinks), it'll allow for the soap to fall through the metal wires easily. For the purpose of preventing my bar soaps from falling through constantly, I got this soap dish, and I'm super happy with it.As a no-frills item, frankly, there isn't anything special with this soap dish. However, it does exactly what it sets out to do. It's made of 2 stainless steel pieces where they can be used separately (like I'm doing by using the top portion only) or together. The edges of these stainless steel pieces are thin, but are not so sharp that there's any realistic risk of causing an injury. All parts of the dish are accessible which means cleaning won't be an issue.My only gripe is the price. For 2 basic, simple pieces of stainless steel (with no design enhancements), it does seem somewhat elevated, but if you like the industrial/rudimentary look of these soap dishes, and if you think the price is justifiable, I see no reason not to get it.
