Prompt delivery but I had to get an electrician to install it as the bracket and the holes in the cover are not closely aligned. And very fiddly when you shorten the length of the wire. Looks beautiful when installed but when I unwrapped the plastic film from the chandelier crystal I noticed that one crystal was broken and it was hanging. The broken crystal has completely ruined the look and I will have to call an electrician again to remove this from the ceiling. I will request a refund and send the product back but it will cost me more, so I am really not happy with it and feel like I wasted >£300 on the light and electrician.

Abbstanza insicura per qs. acquisto .. visto il prezzo ... poi ho preso 2 , arrivati perfetti , imballati benissimo , sono belissimi , 3 tipi di luce , 2 tipi luce fredda e 1 luce calda , molto difficile di togliere la pellicola prottetiva ... ma sicuramente gli ricomprerei
