Got these pants a size up because of the reviews. I'd say they are true to the sizeI'm a 34 and got a 36 Just to be safe.I think a 34 would've been just fine, there's an elastic in the waist line that gives you the extra stretch.Used for a jokee halloween costume but will use for special occasions because they are pretty decent.

Pants are great . I wear size 36 and it fits perfectly. Also leg length is great.

This pants are beautiful bright red and a good quality made . My son usually wear size 36 on dress pant . But for this one I have to returned it and buy a size 40 “waiting for the package “ . If you are kind a robust person with kind a wide thighs and a big but you have to go 2 sizes up . But if you are slender person it will fit alright. Also you may need to fix the hem to your height . I will update when the other one arrives.****UPDATE*****WE HAVE TO RETURN THE SZ 40 and buy a 38 and fit perfect …you still need to hem them to your height but overall great dress pant !
