The hopper holds a good amount of seed and distributes it well…. Until it didn’tAll of a sudden it started to slip… as though the gears of cogs were stripping teeth.It became harder and harder to turn..I emptied and cleaned it out between each load , hoping it would free up…. It didn’t .For me , it didn’t last 10 minutes.

I had visions of trying to spread around 200sq.m of grass seed evenly by hand. This handy little gadget did the job admirably and quickly. The best thing was, it didn't cost an arm and a leg either! Win/win.
