Funktioniert super und lässt sich auch gut reinigen. Die Mäuse überleben und man kann sie gut sehen und aus der Falle in die Freiheit entlassen.

Ich hatte vorher die 3 Fallen von GARDIGO, haben nie funktioniert, im Gegenteil: der Köder war weg, die Maus aber auch. Diese Falle habe ich abends aufgestellt, morgens war die Maus drin :-) Klappt also sofort. Der Vorteil ist aus meiner Sicht, dass Motel Mouse gross ist. Die Maus kann sich also frei bewegen, dass ist bei den kleinen GARDIGO-Fallen nicht der Fall. Also: klare Empfehlung für Motel Mouse

Wir hatten Mäuse auf dem Dachboden! Wollte die auf jeden Fall lebend fangen. Das hat mit dieser Lebendfalle super funktioniert. Als Köder benutzte ich einen bekannten Schoko-Mandel Riegel sowie Erdnussflips. Damit konnte ich 2 Mäuse fangen. Mit einer Wildbeobachtungskamera konnte ich dann noch sicherstellen, das keine weiteren Mäuse auf dem Dachboden waren. Top produkt, funktioniert zuverlässig!

El ratoncito ha tardado en caer sólo 10 minutos desde que coloqué la trampa. Funcionamiento sencillo y muy eficiente. Y además el animalillo no sufre. Gran producto a muy buen precio.

Kann ich empfehlen, tolles Gerät. Nachdem die Mäusebande unseren Keller übernommen hatte wurden nun Gegenmaßnahmen beschlossen. Zum Opfer sind mehrere Kilo (ja Kilo) Nudeln, Mehl und Reis gefallen. Die Fallen lassen sich einfach aufstellen, reinigen und funktionieren echt klasse. Wichtig ist nur, regelmäßig überprüfen wenn es eine Lebendfalle bleiben soll (2x täglich). Nebenbei haben wir uns noch eine kleine Transportkiste für Nager bestellt, gibt es bereits für kleines Geld. Lohnt sich als Zwischenlager für ein paar Stunden. Gehen dann mit dem Hund spazieren und nach 2 Kilometer winkt dann die Freiheit.Zuerst haben wir als Köder Katzen-Trockenfutter genutzt, was auch klappte. Schneller geht es mit leckerem Popcorn! Konnte diesen Köder jetzt endlich und erfolgreich ausprobieren, vorher kam es nicht dazu - habe ich ständig selber aufgegessen. Jetzt wird aber eine Tüte extra für den Mäusefang reserviert.Also, tolle Sache diese Teile!

Hatte etwas Bedenken, ob ich das hintere Stück öffnen kann, weil ich Arthrose in den Händen habe. Der Kraftaufwand ist aber nicht sehr hoch, hat gut geklappt. Falle ist einfach zu handhaben und man kann das vordere Stück ganz einfach mit einem kleinen Hebel öfnnen und die Maus rauslassen.Hatte zunächst eine andere Lebendfalle aus verzinktem Stahlblech gekauft. Leider ist die Maus daraus immer wieder entkommen. Mit dieser Falle hier habe ich 3 x eine Maus gefangen und in die Freiheit entlassen. Kann sie wirklich empfehlen.

Leider ist die Falle nicht tauglich. Es ist bereits die zweite Falle die wir gekauft haben, aber die Feder die den Deckel schließen lässt ist bei beiden nach nur 3 Tagen abgefallen und nicht mehr auffindbar. Somit schließt die Falle nicht. Auf der Kamera können wir beobachten wie die Mäuse an der ganze knabbern und ein und aus gehen... Ein Paar Ersatz Federn mitzuliefern könnte das Problem eventuell beheben, oder die Federn gegen anpicken von võgeln oder ähnlichem zu sichern

Ich habe damit eine Maus in meiner Wohnung gefangen. Ich rate aber dazu die Fälle nur zb über Nacht aufzustellen und dass man hören kann ob eine Maus rein geht, weil es für das Tier Stress ist ganz logischerweise, weil wer will den schon in so nen engen Raum eingesperrt sein. Des weiteren sollte man umgehend nachdem die Maus reingetappt ist die Maus samt Falke in einen stoff beutel oder Karton und eine weite Entfernung ins Feld laufen und sie dort aussetzen. Wer das nicht macht ist gemein!!!

Der Mechanismus funktioniert zuverlässig und schließt die Tür, sobald eine Maus hineingeht. Das öffnen der Falle, um die Maus freizulassen, ist unkompliziert.Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die Reinigung nicht so einfach ist, wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Man muss sich schon Mühe geben, um die Hinterlassenschaften der Maus zu beseitigen. Außerdem sollte man Handschuhe tragen, um sich vor Keimen zu schützen.Ich gebe dieser Falle 4 von 5 Sterne, weil sie ihren Zweck erfüllt, aber noch verbesserungswürdig ist. Ich empfehle sie allen, die Mäuse auf humane Weise fangen wollen.

**Same Day Update** I figured I'd leave the trap out and set last night, just in case. Didn't wash it or anything, I thought the smells might attract any nearby furry ones. Well, for some reason the fire alarms went off in the hallways of the apartment building I live in and what do you know, the trap went off a few minutes ago. Didn't realize would become such a good affordable investment...I wish I had set this up right after it came. Honestly, Mr. Mouskawitz and I had been startling each other for almost 2 weeks and I think we needed a break from each other before the trapping process. He'd dart past, make me scream like a 4 year old, then he'd jump really high from it and run off in a panic. Ran straight into the wall with a thunk at one point.But after no activity for a wellb thinking he left, he did it again and I'd had enough. So I read the instructions thoroughly, grabbed some chocolate hazelnut spread from the cabinet and a couple walnuts, filled the little traugh and put it behind the oven by the hole in the wall where he was living and crossed my fingers.It helps if you don't leave any lights on. I'd left the stove light on so I could see the trap and nothing happened till the next day about an hour after I turned the light off.I had added a couple coins just in case and it totally worked! He was not cozy and was definitely freaking out, possibly because we'd startling each other for a while, but he did not get out! THAT'S what I was very concerned about.He was chewing and scratching frantically till I put the trap inside a box, thinking the darkness may calm him a little till I could take him to a park for release. I left the box cracked so he had enough air and about an hour later he'd eaten most of the food I left.Interestingly he didn't touch the nuts, but chowed down on the hazelnut spread. I really had no clue how much mice do or don't eat, so I kind of left a buffet just in case, lol. :DAbout 2 hours later my daughter and I took the box to the park and carefully took the trap out of the box. He was already very excited by the smells of the fresh air, so I don't think he was born in the apartment complex I live in.After sitting for a moment while I trief to figure out how to keep my feet and our things away from the entrance of the trap so he didn't dart back at me again, I opened the trap slowly and he casually wandered out, sniffing the air, and slowly headed straight for the bushes and back into the wild free to scavenge away from my feet!!! Yay, no more little furry blur scaring the crap out of me, making me scream like a 4 year old and scaring the crap out of it and probably irritating the neighbors!For the first time in 2 weeks, I finally slept. Thank you guys SO much for making such a great and people/animal friendly motel!

These traps are Great! I cant stand killing the mice, but dont want them in the house either. I am using bacon bits for bait. It has worked well and is not as messy to clean up after. The traps are fairly easy to clean. I use an old wash bin from a hospital visit and it is just the right size. Soak them in hot water with a little bleach and dish soap and they rinse clean. I bought four of these and We caught three the first night. we have caught one each night afterwards and have had them for four days now. I am very happy with the results.

This humane little trap arrived yesterday and I set it up as directed. I was a little skeptical at first because it’s pretty lightweight and seemed too simple. But, my little visitor was a field mouse (we live in the hill country) and I didn’t want to hurt him, just relocate him. So, I used the same thing he had been snacking on in my pantry as bait. He loves Godiva chocolate bars, so that’s what I used. Woke up this morning, and found he was safely in my trap. In less than 24 hours, I humanely caught a mouse and escorted him a few miles away. I am thrilled with this little mouse catcher—works wonderfully! However, this would not work on anything larger than a small rodent (mice, gerbil, or hamster size). You would need something larger than this model for that.
