part was in good shape considering the box had one piece of tape and it had came loose the top of box was open the windshield had 1 layer of the thin white foam on it and for some reason the box had a piece of brown packing paper just thrown in the box not protecting anything. The part is nice you can not really see through it but on a sport bike you do not look through windshield it is a good thick strong piece and all the screws and bolts lined right up but it is china made so not perfect but any thing wrong is not noticeable it is not shatter proof or dot approved but it does not really matter unless your state requires it but in the end it looks good just hope the coating last on it there are no instructions to tell you what not to clean with
