EDITFinally staring at the box and the pieces I found that the filter has arms that need to be bent to keep it in place. Now that I've done this it keeps 99% of the leaves where they belong.Unlike the filter shown, mine just sits there loosey goosey. When I pour in the water it shifts and let's the tea leaves fall down around the ball. So when I move the ball to dispense some tea leaves come out and since the ball can't move back it then leaks everywhere.I'm so disappointed.
