I found these patches to be extremely good value for money. You get 60 patches for £9.95, which I think is a fantastic price. I used mine on the bottom of my back/top of my butt, where I have 3 discs that are out of place. They stuck to my back well, and it stayed stuck until I was ready to remove it. After applying, it takes about 20 minutes to half an hour before you start feeling the heat; I personally felt the heat for almost 7 hours. They are a good size patches, but they can easily be cut in half for smaller and more awkward areas.

I have a medical condition that gives me frequent back pain and I also work out several times each week so I decided to give these a try. You get 60 of these in each box so once you order these, you should be set for a very long time! I use a lot of back patches and they usually cost about $1-$3 for ONE PATCH at the pharmacy / drug store. This box gives you a lot more than that so that's a plus. That's a big reason why I ordered these.While I have to admit that these weren't as good as Icy Hot, these do work well! The heat kicked in strong and stayed strong until I took it off. The listing states that these can be stuck on your body for up to 24 hours as a selling point, but most other heat patches state not to do that so I'm unsure if these use different ingredients or what. Besides that, I had no issues with redness, burning, or sensitivity.I like how big these things are. They're big enough to cover a big portion of my back but I don't feel like I'm covering myself up with a huge sticker either. As I stated above, I used these on my lower back. The listing doesn't mention using these on your back by it does say that you can use them pretty much anywhere else. Are you not supposed to use these on your back?The only complaint that I have is that I found myself grabbing at the edges of this and making sure that they stayed stuck to my back. It felt like the patch was starting to come up after awhile. The top of the edges would come loose, but not the whole thing. I probably could have kept this on without adjusting and been fine.

I suffer due to 12 hr daily driving. My shoulders get really bad when I try to sleep and whatever side I sleep on put pressure on it.Thought to try these. They do ease the pain to a bearable level, but struggle to get thaf heat right into the spot that seems deeper down than the heat from the pads can reach.I also have been using a microwave hot corn pad thing.The x2 combined DO make a difference the heat pad getting everything loose then adding the microwave pad gets into the issue and eases a lot better.The pads themselves do the job but I just gave a little bit of restricted movement still.Hopefully long term just the pads will do the job.Will still keep using them as they are doing A job and very convenient.
