I have never done latch hook projects before and this kit contains everything I need to complete this project. The moss design is very pretty. The yarn colors are gorgeous. The yarn is soft and the different textures are so nice to work with. The instruction sheet has decent directions and pictures, but the video tutorial was really helpful especially for a beginner like me. There is a QR code on the instructions that link to the video. The kit comes with all the tools needed for this project including curved scissors which is helpful to trim the curved moss mounds. It even comes with hot glue sticks to attach the bottom piece (but no hot glue gun). Overall, this is a great latch hook kit for beginners or would make a great gift also.

The latch hook kit is as advertised. I haven't done latch hook in years, so the instructions were needed. The instructions were decent- there is a video you can watch (I don't like instructional videos so I did not use it). It comes with all of the tools needed except a glue gun- I am a crafter so I have a plethora of them. Glue guns are worth the cost if you do any crafting and cheap ones are fine to use especially if you only use it occasionally. The quality of the materials appears to be decent. I am not using it as a coaster, but instead as "foliage" for a "town" that my niece and I are creating using various craft projects. This will be a great addition. The price is within range for similar products based on what I have seen.Rating System⭐️ 1 star= Disappointed. I don't recommend it at all, poor quality, or not as advertised.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars = Has some redeeming quality.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars = It's passable. Might not have bothered.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars = Mostly Satisfied.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars = Entirely Satisfied. Recommend.

This was given as a gift and I have not yet seeing how they turned out, but I just am deleted by the idea. My mom and sister are huge fans of crafts like these and I am excited to see them. Try it out. I do wish that there were two sets of tools in the kit. I thought it was a two pack, but it is more of a one set of tools with two projects to try.

These are great. Kit comes with everything you need. I wasn’t too keen on the golden yarn, so I used some pink and purple yarn I had from another project. Comes with lots of yarn so you have a lot of creative freedom.

Been eyeing these types of kits and decided to try it out. This kit isn't as expensive as one I've been looking at and it looks similar enough. I love the idea of having a little moss garden on my desk that is also a coaster! The box it came in is smaller than expected but its includes almost everything. I say almost because the instructions says to use a glue gun to attach the felt to the bottom. This would've been easier if the felt had an adhesive backing as I don't have a glue gun. The video on this listing is the instructions video. Its a decent enough video to show how to do all the moss designs.This is my first time doing this kind of craft. It seems simple enough. The hook tool takes a bit to get use to. Its not the quickest to add the yarn and opening the latch. You can probably finish one in a day or two or faster depending on your speed. My arm and wrists get tired easily as I'm getting older so its taking me a bit longer to finish. It is satisfying to see the design manifest as you work on it. Its fun to run my hands across it. The yarn isn't super soft, but its soft enough to make playing with it enjoyable. Its a pretty easy craft to get into and started! Probably one of the easiest and funniest craft I've tried so far! Would definitely recommend it!
