I love my printer. It’s fast and has saved me a ton of money for my small business. I had one small glitch and I contacted customer support and they were fantastic. We communicated by email and they were very responsive and stayed with me until the problem was solved. I couldn’t ask for a better product or customer support.

Picked this up the other week during the Amazon sales, had been looking at a few known brand ones but didn't realise they all use "special" labels designed for them which are costly so I took a chance on this. I have to say I'm really really happy with. Installing the drive on a Mac was easy (comes with a printed card with all the links you need to know). I also love the fact you can simply print from any app too, vs being stuck having to use their app. So printing labels is pretty straight forward you just need to make sure you set the right paper size.One thing to note it doesn't do greyscale in the printer driver from what I can tell it's simply black & white (not an issue for what I want the printer for but you know.. had it give it a go) , but I did convert an image to bitmap/halftone in photoshop at 200 pixels/inch and that printed pretty fairly well.
