Fast shipping and easy to use. I learned that having a towel nearby and to have one to use as a pillow helps a lot!My only suggestion for the product is to possibly add two more features to increase the benefits of the product. Add red light therapy and PEMF. Other than that, great after a couple uses. Looking forward to seeing some results.

I’ve been wanting to get a portable sauna bag for a while. It’s a hot new item that many celebrities praise to have nowadays. I used to have a gym membership that included all of the amenities including sauna and steam room but I had to cancel it recently. I miss going to the sauna so I decided to give this a try. I loved it! It works great, it stores very compact and you can just do it on a couch watching your favorite show. I regret not getting it earlier.

I have used red light therapy products earlier but this one covers the whole body.Red light is known to detox slowly without any harsh effects and it's anti inflammatory,soothes the body .Settings and timers work really well.This item is a 5***** for me.
