This lamp is excellent. It is small enough to hold in the palm of your hand, but its diminuitive size belies its power. I have a cupboard under the eaves in my house that is very dark because the only light comes in through the doorway, and I'm usually standing there blocking the light. This lamp has a hook which allows me to hang it up and then direct the light where I want using the hinged mounting. (I have tested the magnet by mounting the lamp on my fridge and it works perfectly.)The strength of light coming out of this little device is startling - you certainly don't want to look directly into it. It illuminates my cupboard brilliantly (excuse the pun).I haven't provided any photos because the camera on my phone works well in low light, so it compensates for the dark cupboard versus the brightly lit one. It doesn't provide a realistic representation of the huge difference this lamp makes.The light takes three AAA batteries and comes with three already installed. The listing and the packaging say that it will give about 3.5 hours of light, which I think is pretty good.I think this will also be a good standby for power cuts, or to keep in the car if you need illumination at night.

The ScoopThe NEBO Angle Light is a portable and adjustable LED work light. It's a good light output, fairly durable construction, and multiple mounting options using either the built-in small magnet or hook.The SkinnyI liked this lamp’s output, it’s bright enough in low light conditions. I wouldn’t call it high powered, but it does flood an area with light quite well. I also liked the adjustable angle and magnetic or hook mounting options which made it very convenient for a variety of tasks, and being hand-held too helped with illuminating hard to reach areas.However, the shine is taken off by it's lack of robustness, and the use of 3 AAA batteries, as these cells never seem to have enough oomph to last very long. I would prefer that a higher capacity, rechargeable cell was used in this lamp and that the included disposable AAA batteries were offered as an optional extra.What I Liked• The lamp provides good visibility in low-light conditions.• The 180-degree tilting design allows for a more targeted illumination.• Its rubber coated ABS material seems water and impact resistant.• The magnetic base and swivelling hook provide convenient hands-free usage.• Simple, straightforward operation with the single ON/OFF button, and without any flashing options.The So-So’s• Not the bright lamp output, but useful all the same.What Didn't Work For Me• Construction is sturdy enough, but the lamp does not feel very robust.• This lamp uses low capacity, disposable batteries which can be inconvenient when they run out, as well as being environmentally unfriendly too. Very handy little LED light, powered by 3 AAA batteries (which come pre-installed). It incorporates both a hook and a magnet in the base so it can be hung up or stuck to any metallic surface. Alternatively you can just place it down on a flat surface and shine it wherever you need it as the LED light section is hinged and can be angled any way you like.This is a great addition to my toolbox as its pretty compact but versatile enough that I can position it pretty much anywhere and have it shining just where I need it. I'm actually glad it takes regular batteries too as worst case scenario when I need it and they're flat I can just whack some fresh ones in instead of having to wait for it to charge.
