Very impressed with the quality and robustness. They are 5-Stars, in contrary to other cheaper versions from other sellers on Amazon. Go for the Neewer, you won't regret it (especially for the price).

Ich arbeite seit mehreren Jahren nebenberuflich als Fotograf - nachdem mein Schwerpunkt die Portraitfotografie ist, ist es extrem wichtig, die Oktabox/Beautydish so vor/überkopf setzen zu können, dass ich darunter durchfotografiere, OHNE die Stativstange senkrecht in Bild zu haben.Ebenso wichtig hohe Lichtquellen von schräg ober/hinter dem Model zu platzieren.Das alles ermöglicht dieses sehr massiv gebaute Galgenstativ.Die Verarbeitung der Stangen ist gut, die Schaumgummierung an der Hauptstange hilft bezüglich Komfort beim Tragen. Die Griffe der Feststellschrauben sind groß genug und griffig, bei schweren Lichtformern muss man trotzdem sehr kräftig Zudrehen, damit es greift.Lagerung Transport:Der senkrechte Teil lässt sich vom Sockel des Fußes durch Lockerung der Sicherungsschraube lösen,alle anderen Teile auch separieren.Dadurch ist das Packmaß der Füße, der Senkrechten, der Ausläger,... in einem Kombi transportierbar.Das Gewicht allerdings ist beachtlich.So habe ich mir angewöhnt sie im Homestudio aufgebaut zu lassen - sie lassen sich ja gut ineinander geschoben abstellen.Aber für die vor Ort Aufträge habe ich zusätzliche Galgenstative von Manfrotto - welche aber bei weitem nicht die Stabilität dieser C-Stands aufweisen.Gegengewichte zu verwenden und eine Beschwerung am Hauptbein ist bei hoher Auslage Pflicht.Gutes Licht wünscht,Gerhard K.

Je viens de le recevoir et il est très qualitatif : tout est en metal ! Donc robuste et lourd. Ce qui est parfait pour le côté stabilité que je cherchais.Bien entendu il faudra quand même penser à mettre des sacs de sable au niveau du pied pour être certain que les accessoires lourds ne viennent à faire pencher le trépied.Mais déjà le trépied en lui-même est déjà lourd. Nickel.Après au niveau finition, c'est top.Les pieds ont des stops bien marques quand on les tourne, ce qui permet qu'ils restent stable dès qu'on les a mis en place.Les deux sections ont des ressors donc cela permet de sauver le matériel si on vient à mal serrer les vis et que le tout descende.La partie en mousse permet de bien prendre en main le trépied.Je n'ai pas de point de comparaison avec d'autres marques car il s'agit de mon premier vrai C stand.J'ai toujours eu des trépieds classique et un C stand mais de qualité vraiment médiocre.Cela fait 15 ans que je fais des shootings et c'est mon métier donc je cherchais des trépieds de qualité pour mettre mes flashs mais aussi pour des diffuseurs ou des micros déportés lors des interviews.J'ai acheté le kit à un bon prix (250 au lieu de 299) et je suis hyper satisfait.

Fantastic, durable stands, would buy again in a heartbeat. One of the two I bought has been exposed to the most extreme elements: been to the beach repeatedly, stood up in water, been left outside during a Canadian winter, etc. and is still in fantastic shape. I sold them after two years to move continents, but the DP friend I sold them to says they're still serving him well regularly.

Ich denke, das ist momentan das wohl beste Angebot wenn es um C-Stands geht. Die C-Stands machen einen sehr robusten Eindruck. Man bekommt hier zwei schwere C-Stands aus Metall mit allem Schnickschnack wie z.B. Federung zum unschlagbaren Preis. Wer aktuell noch C-Stands braucht sollte hier zuschlagen. Ich bin Hobby Fotograf und denke dass ich mit jetzt 4 Neewer C-Stands für alle anliegenen Aufgaben gewappnet bin. Ob große Octabox oder 1,60m Schirm, dieser C-Stand hält einfach alles sicher in jeder Position. Ursprünglich wollte ich Mikrofonstative nutzen da ich reichlich davon habe, aber das Gewicht von Strobes und Modifiern ist einfach etwas zu viel für einen Mikrofonständer. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kauf und dem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Schwer und stabil, wie man es sich von einem C-Stand erwarten kann. Preis/Leistung sehr gut, wenn man diesen mit anderen Herstellern vergleicht. Konnte bislang keine Mängel oder Nachteile entdecken.Wer einen C-Stand braucht ist damit bestens bedient und schont das Budget.

Good product, performs well. Very stable and it seems strong.The min height is quite tall, so keep that in mind. The arm is strong and solid.The heads use teeth on the friction plates, this can be a bit annoying sometimes, but it also improved the lock-in and stability of the setup. So, it is a preference or balance.In total i ordered 4 of them. First 2, then as i was happy with the result, two more.As baby-pin i got the Avenger 6" with collar, it is almost 20% of the stand cost (20€). It would be great if Neewer could include, or sell a good baby-pin for the stands. The collar prevents hanging lights from slipping out when the clamp is loosened.As counterweight i use the Walimex 4Kg weights. This avoids the need for a sandbag, they are smaller and can be fixed in place. The total setup is very, very sturdy then.

For what you pay, these stands are simply awesome. They're really heavy duty, solid, and can hold a light like an Aputure 300D mk II with a modifying dome on an arm without toppling over (if the feet are positioned properly).Obviously this isn't best practice for safety and you need sandbags, but it's just to say they can hold a decent weight and not be too top heavy, so they're really sturdy.

Ausgezeichnete Ständer für den Preis.Nicht alle Ständer sind richtig verarbeitet, so sieht es aus, als reiße das Material an den Klemmen, jedoch sind diese so dick, dass diese trotzdem halten dürften.Für diesen Preis jedoch nicht bemängelbar.

Just received these C-stands, here are my comments so far. Will update with usage.- Packaging was great!- They are heavy, heavier than the competition that costs more. One reason for this might be that it ships with 2 adjustable grip heads whereas the industry standard arms usually have non-adjustable heads at the end of them.- Middle column is spring loaded on both stages, a nice thought, not sure how long it will last.- The grip heads have a non-standard design, see the attached photo. The holes are not circular, but are more layered, similar to some clamp types. I do not know, how this will hold up in the long run.- The arms have little safety caps and screws on the end, so you should be able to screw something in there if you need to, I like this feature.- Lubricant is somewhat over-applied, as you can see on my photo attached. Not a bit issue, better than if it was under-applied.So far, it seems like an acceptable trade-off in weight vs price, will update because with cheap products, durability is always a question!Edit #1 (2018-09-25) : One great feature is that the screws on the arms are different-sized, one is 1/4, the other 3/8 , this has saved me when I used the stand for a microphone boom stand!Edit #2 (2018-10-26) : Well, the first quality issue has come to light: The little metal retaining pin that keeps the grip head lined up has broken on 2 of my heads, it has come clean off, feels very light in my hand. I've attached pics. This is not a life or death issue, but it sheds doubts on the material quality of the rest of the item.
