Just not working

Einsatz am Meer war super. Hatten teils starken Wind vom Meer aufs Land. Konnten dann nicht sehr viel vom Meer sehen. Weniger Wind und viel Sonne - hatten Platz für 4 Erwachsene plus Sandelbereich für 3 jährigen.Einsatz auf einer Wiese auch hervorragend. Mit zusätzlich gekauften Erdankern.

After four metal gazebos and a huge tarp/sail with fence posts - this one actually doesn’t get destroyed by the wind on our cottage beach.I did order the extra poles and it stays up really well - but the clincher is that if a high wind comes along, it just falls flat onto the sand…and that’s okay.Definitely recommend.

Pokud se na 100% dodrží rady z návodu na instalaci, funguje perfektně. Stačí ale méně naplnit pytle na písek a nezahloubit je, středně silný vítr je posune i o metry. Pokud se stan nepostaví přesně proti směru větru, prohýbá se a může i zkolabovat. Při postupu podle návodu, vše funguje bezvadně.

I used the Neso Gigante with two additional poles during my recent 12-day beach vacation, and I must say it was an exceptional experience.The setup process was remarkably straightforward, easily manageable by a single person. Before erecting the tent, it is crucial to consider two key factors: wind direction and tension. In the presence of strong winds, it is essential to position the tent's opening accordingly. Furthermore, proper tensioning is vital for a stable structure. I recommend utilizing a shovel (not included) for filling the sandbags, as it enhances convenience. Once filled, strategic placement of the sandbags ensures optimal tent tension. For the 4-pole variant (please note that two additional poles are not included), a lower tension level initially aids in the setup, allowing subsequent adjustments based on prevailing wind conditions.I wholeheartedly recommend acquiring the two extra poles, as they afford a spacious and comfortable canopy area, maximizing the use of the shaded area. The tent's stability is truly impressive. On a particularly windy day, where open parasols were sent flying through the air, we switched to the two-pole variant, which proved even more resilient. Thanks to the extra poles, we were able to fortify the front section, resulting in an exceptionally stable tent that stood unrivaled in the face of extreme conditions. We relished the sole privilege of enjoying shade on the beach during this challenging time.Dismantling the tent was equally hassle-free and expeditious, with the only time-consuming aspect being fitting the tent back into the bag. I recommend starting with the tent, followed by the poles. The bag features two compartments, one designated for the tent and the other for the poles. However, it is worth noting that the middle divider of the bag began to tear near the end, which was rather disappointing considering the product's price point (one star deduction).In conclusion, the Neso Gigante in its four-pole variant proved to be an absolute triumph, with the only slight letdown being the bag's durability. The shade it provided was substantial enough to accommodate 4-5 children engrossed in sand play and 4-6 adults relaxing in a seated or reclined position. I wholeheartedly recommend investing in this product, as it significantly enhances the beach experience.

Leider ist die Transporttsche schon nach kurzer Zeit an mehreren Stellen eingerissen.Das Sonnensegel selbst hat den ersten Urlaub am Meer gut überstanden, trotz wechselhafterWinde. Bei starkem Wind problematisch.

Eine grosse entäuschung.

Wir hatten das Neso Gigante Zelt drei Wochen lang im Urlaub an der französischen Atlantikküste in Gebrauch. Da es hier oft sehr stürmisch werden kann und ein einfacher Sonnenschirm am Strand in der Handhabung nicht das Richtige ist, habe ich mich durch viele Rezensionen überzeugen lassen, dass das Neso Gigante Zelt genau das richtige für uns ist. Nach dem ersten Aufbau muss ich sagen: Super einfach! Und wirklich viel Schatten, den dieses große Strandzelt bietet! Wir waren begeistert! Leider brach beim zweiten Einsatz in der ersten Urlaubswoche durch eine starke Windböe eine der Zeltstangen. Der erste Gedanke war: Das war's mit Strandurlaub! Aber: Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Neso-Kundenservice wurden wir eines besseren belehrt! Uns wurde sofort kostenloser Ersatz angeboten, die uns direkt an unseren Urlaubsort geschickt wurde. So einen super Kundenservice habe ich noch nie erlebt! Das Paket erreichte uns bereits 5 Tage später und wir konnten unseren Urlaub noch in vollen Zügen genießen! Fazit: Zelt absolut empfehlenswert – Kundenservice auch – einfach top – Strandurlaub gerettet!

This tent is amazing, it really changed our summer holidays at the beach; however, the pole broke while standing and if you use stones as directed by the instructions, the sandbags break. Not sure if I was particularly unlucky but Amazon was great and refund me; I bought it again because it's great.I read also some reviews about strong wind: this is designed for string winds, this is exactly why I bought it in the first place. The trick is to set it up correctly, following the instructions and videos from Neso

We were waiting for a second set of poles to arrive and decided to take our Neso to our local park to do a test run on it before we go to the beach later this summer.We have only ever had traditional canopies for our outdoor adventures and I have to say this was super easy to set up and use. Granted we did not fill the bags with sand(we don’t have beaches in WV), we just staked it in the ground for our test run. Setting up with stakes took all of 3 minutes to accomplish, we imagine filling the bags with natural elements like sand will take a bit longer but seems like maybe only an extra 10 minutes with 2 of us working on it at the same time.We had about 10MPH breezes rolling through and the Neso didn’t even notice the breeze.I think the only thing I would say is a con is that it doesn’t come with any type of shovel or anything to help you get natural elements into the sand bags. But that’s easily remedied if you buy a folding shovel(we will before our beach trip), it will fit easily into the bag, as the carrying bag has extra room in there.A feature I didn’t realize was there…The carrying bag has an insulated pouch to carry a cold drink or two. Which is a nice touch.All in all, the set up was easyIt provided sufficient shade for our family of 4.Didn’t budge in 10MPH breeze.Got a few compliments.Easy take down. Taking down and packing up was a breeze, so much easier than a traditional canopy.We are really happy with the performance and ease of use for this product.Update:Took our Neso sun shade out for its maiden voyage on the beaches of Outer Banks. The first day within the first 2 hours both poles snapped in half. Luckily we had purchased an extra set of poles before we left for the beach. Could by user error as we had only set it up at our local park before our beach vacation where there was a small breeze. The rest of our vacation our extra set of poles kept our Neso up, so as I said the snapping of the first 2 poles could have just been user error or a manufacturing issue.Setting it up, using sand to fill the bags was a breeze, quick and almost effortless. I had mentioned thinking we would need a shovel, but I was wrong, it was easy to fill the bags by hand and probably faster than using a shovel. We also took an extra step and buried the bags in the sand, which I think helped to keep the bags stable in the high winds.Taking down, I thought we would have issues with sand wanting to stick to the bag, but again I was wrong, if you shake the bags out properly, the sand doesn’t stick in the bags.All in all we are very happy with our purchase of our Neso Sunshade. We are sad that we are back down to one set of poles as we would like to have the additional set for other applications.
