Kein Support, altes Teil schaltete täglich auf 7C Frostwächter. Neues Thermostat konnte keine Verbindung zur App herstellen, wöchentlich mussten die Batterien gewechselt werden. Habe jetzt ein Funkthermostat von Siemens in Verwendung, funktioniert derzeit ohne Probleme.

Le thermostat Netatmo est clairement l’un des meilleurs investissements que j’ai faits pour ma maison. L’installation est rapide et bien guidée, même si on n’est pas expert en domotique. Une fois en place, le thermostat s’intègre parfaitement à l’environnement grâce à son design sobre et élégant, signé Philippe Starck.Ce qui m’a bluffé, c’est sa facilité d’utilisation via l’application. La programmation hebdomadaire est intuitive, et la possibilité de le contrôler à distance (même depuis le travail ou en vacances) est ultra pratique. Plus besoin de chauffer inutilement : il adapte la température selon mes habitudes et la météo extérieure.J’ai aussi remarqué une baisse de ma consommation d’énergie au bout de quelques semaines. Les rapports de consommation permettent de visualiser les économies réalisées, ce qui est motivant.En bref, un produit fiable, bien pensé et économique. Je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui veulent moderniser leur chauffage sans se compliquer la vie.

Das erste war nach ein paar Jahren kaputt, ich hab damals bei netatmo angefragt, ob man nur das kaputte Teil neu kaufen kann, aber das wurde verneint, weil die spezifischen Komponenten zusammenarbeiten. Also hab ich im Jänner 2021 das ganze neu gekauft (damals 166 Euro)Nach 3,5 Jahren ist nun beim neuen Thermostat das e-ink Display kaputt, siehe Foto. Das ist mühsam, es ist ja auch nicht grad billig. Ich hab deshalb bei Netatmo ein Ticket eröffnet, aber vermutlich wirds drauf rauslaufen, dass ich schon wieder ein neues Thermostat kaufen muss.Update:Die Antwort vom netatmo support kam bereits einige Tage später. Das Display ist defekt und obwohl die Garantie bereits abgelaufen ist, würden sie es gratis reparieren, ich müßte die Versandkosten nach Frankreich übernehmen. Sollte es nicht repariert werden können, würde ich ein generalüberholtes Modell bekommen.Also der support ist schon sehr gut.Update 2: ich hab schließlich beide kaputten Thermostate an die angegebene Adresse geschickt, weil ich für das ältere kaputte keine Verwendung hab. Es wurden beide repariert und an mich versendet. Dauer zwischen meinem Versand und dem Erhalt der reparierten Thermostate: etwa 1 Woche.Also trotz fehlerhaftem Display bin ich mit Netatmo sehr zufrieden, weil der Kundensupport außergewöhnlich ist.Jetzt hab ich jedenfalls 2 in Reserve, falls wieder mal was sein sollte.

j'ai acheter ce thermostat en reconditionné, le reconditionnement se fait par Netatmo, donc idem qu'un neuf.il est raccorde grâce à son relais sur ma pompe à chaleur Daikin Alerna 3 haute temperature, la connexion se fait sans fil via onde radio et se connecte sur mon réseau wifi.je l'utilise avev 8 vannes thermostatiques connectée Netatmo, ce qui me permet de contrôler la temperature à 0,5 degré prés de toutes les piéces de ma maison, grâce à l'application Contôle autant sur PC que sur téléphone portable ainsi qu'avec Home sur iphone.La selection des mode de temperatures et du planning est trés complète dés qu'on les maitrises.Il ne me manque plus que la station météo Netatmo pour completer mon installation.je recommande donc cet achat.

Ich bin begeistert von dem Thermostat! Habe keinerlei Kenntnis von Strom oder Heizungen, aber dir Installation war trotzdem kinderleicht. Ich habe ein vorhandenes Thermostat durch dieses ersetzt, da bei diesen Gaspreisen jede Stunde die die Heizung nicht laufen muss einfach viel spart.Die beiden Kabel in zwei vorhandene Anschlüsse zu stecken hab ich geschafft. Und dabei ist es egal welches Kabel wo angeschraubt wird. Beschreibung und Videoanleitung war top!Die App funktioniert auch gut, selbsterklärend und ohne viel unnötigen schnickschnack das eh keiner versteht, und trotzdem ausreichend Möglichkeiten zur automatisierung. Steuerung per Alexa funktioniert auch problemlos.Falls das Handy mal nicht zur Hand ist, kann man am Thermostat auch direkt die Temparatur einstellen.

Das Themostat von Netatmo ist bereits das Dritte, welches ich benutze. Eines zu hause und zwei weitere in Ferienwohnungen. Wenn die Teile erst einmal laufen, dann gibt es absolut nichts dran auszusetzen. Die app ist sehr übersichtlich und funktional. Die Temperaturregelung funktioniert sehr zuverlässig. Auch das Web Applet für den Browser lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Die Batterien sind Standard und halten ewig.Die Einrichtung kann etwas kompliziert sein wenn die Synchronisierung des Raumthermostates mit dem Relais nicht auf Anhieb funktioniert. Das war bei zweien der drei Geräte bei mir der Fall. Ist kein Hexenwerk, aber ich kann mir vorstellen, dass der ein. oder andere da seine Schwierigkeiten mit hat. Daher einen Punkt Abzug.Fazit: Zuverlässige Smart Thermostate in wertiger Qualität.

Having researched all of the smart thermostats and valves that can connect to HomeKit it appears that Netatmo is the only system that doesn't try to charge you monthly subscriptions for "additional" features. You buy the kit, install it, and that's it. Before purchasing I sent a message to their technical team to ask a pre-scales question and received a response answering my question in full within 1 business day. Looking good. A product that gets good reviews, no extra monthly charges, technical support that seem to be on the ball. So I proceeded with a purchase of a thermostat and a single rad valve.Installation of the thermostat is a piece of cake. No more complicated than swapping a light switch. The unit itself seems well made and has a good quality feel. It looks smart, but not overly fussy and the display is clear and simple to read. A very nice touch is that you can orient the thermostat in one of two ways and the unit detects which way is up to rotate the display automatically. I like that. Good design.Setting up the hub is similarly a straightforward thing to do. Basically, just plug it in. Download the app, and you're done for a basic setup. All in all it took less than 1 hour including a basic software setup which is painless.I then installed the smart rad valve. Again, easy to do with clear instructions. It took just a few minutes to identify the correct adapter for my old thermostatic valve.Here's a tip: you'll probably find that your old valves have seeped a little and there may be some limescale or other general crud around the pin of the valve. I scratched this away with a screwdriver, brushed off the debris and then checked the pin movement. It wasn't completely stuck, but very stiff. A couple of squirts of WD40 and a bit of a gentle tap and the pin was free and moving nicely. If you don't check for this you'll find that your new smart valve might not be able to move the pin and open/close the actual valve.The whole installation of the TRV took about 15 minutes including valve cleaning. But that was my first time. Subsequent installs have speeded up - about 5 minutes per go. I've been impressed enough to go ahead and purchase another 12 valves to equip all of the radiators in my house.The system is very easy to use and setup and provides that rare thing: simplicity and yet the ability to create complex configurations if you need to. You can create multiple heating schedules, with different temperate bands for different time slots, and different temperatures for each room in a band. If you really want to. If not, let the built-in guide set it up for you and you're done.I have a 5-bedroomed house and work from home, so wanted to create a comprehensive setup, where some rooms are heated during the day, others not, all the rooms at night, but some, such as bedrooms, to lower temperatures. No problem. It can do all that.HomeKit linkage is fine - it just works. Siri can do her thing and you can remote control temperature in each room without any difficulty.The best feature in my option is the ability to have an individual radiator valve call for heat. That's something a traditional setup cannot do. For example, during the working week I can configure the rest of the house to run at a lower heat, and keep just the office at a comfortable level. When the temperate on that radiator gets low, the valve can open, call for heat through the wireless system, and have the boiler turn on. The other valves will stay shut due to their programmed temperature. The result: you heat the room you want, and not the whole house.That is the whole point of a smart system: fine grained control and accurate temperature setting. I have a smart meter and I've been comparing the gas usage from the heating system over the past few days. It's getting colder outside, but I can already see savings, and the house feels like it has a more comfortable even temperature spread.Like others have said - you need to let the system settle in. Firmware updates will need to be sent to each valve to give them all of the above features. It's fully automatic, but it can take a day or two. Most of my valves updated overnight, but some took a little longer. Be patient.All in all, for a setup with 14 valves and a thermostat it isn't cheap. But it is good quality, it works very well, and it very much does seem to save money and distribute heat much more effectively. In todays energy conscious and environmentally sensitive times, this seems like a very good investment.

We purchased this thermostat about a year ago together with the weather station.Before that I read all kind of forums, opinions, discussed the with friends who own Nest thermostat how that works for them.The final decision was more positive for netatmo thermostat- for my needs.It offers real time graphs and you may scroll it back and see also the realtime history graph, timeline. This is what nest does not offer from what friends who use told me. Only some i think daily stats not any time- realtime stats.In the app, It shows how many % of gas uses the heater, how long, current set temperature and current temperature in the room.You also get monthly report with previous month for comparison via email where you can compare then reports later if you need between parts of the year. This thermostat fits us better because gives us more freedom to manage remotely, what Nest did not offer and probably still does not offer as much. It seemed to me that Nest is more for people who need more fixed heating schedule where Netatmo gives me varios options for remote app management and also people who want to change the temperature while they are directly in the house. I can set my schedule and if people inside the house change it, i can set also after how many hours their set temperature will expire /max 12 hours/.The installation of thermostat is very simple process, you can see the wizard on their website. You will receive a thermostat and another small squuare shape power adapter which acts like an agent between the router/internet/ and the actual thermostat on the wall. The thermostat has a simple menu, shows set temperature and current realtime temperature in the room. At the top you have a plus and at the bottom there is a bottom sign. Using clicks you can change the set temperature , 1 click = 0.5 degrees. With the thermostat you will receive also i think 3 colors paper stickers, I use orange and then you place it under the top plastic cover and that gives the thermostat the nice color you like. You can then attach it to the wall using 2 screws if i remember well. Thats all for the thermostat in the room.In the app you can set away mode temperature, frost guard temperature, schedules, expiration time in hours/max 12/ after the locally set temperature will change back to your temperature which you set in the app as default. You can extend this if needed, e.g if set 12 hours expiration then e.g after 9 hours you can move the 12 hour slider to extend it for that moment from the left 3 hours/ rest of the time to 12 hrs expiration/ to again 12 hours max so it will keep locally set temp to e.g another 12 hours. Hope this makes sense :)The company often sends emails with added features and you can upgrade the thermostat software remotely. In the temperatures you can create profiles with various temps and then use it in the scheduler.In the app settings there is also a settings wheel button/ top left corner/, where you may add to the app also other thermostats/locations/.Assign the thermostat a name, share the access to the thermostat with other people for remote access. After you click on the thermostat name it shows menu settings for that location, with name, location, timezone / possible to set anything u want/, strength of radio signal between the agent and thermostat, batteries level status in the thermostat, wifi signal strength of the agent, firmware version, list of users with remote access, wifi configuration menu, home profile menu/ you choose gas, electric, wood ,....type of heater, size of the place, type of the property/.There is also advanced menu which offers to choose the expiration time for locally set temp, polarity,temperature offset / very useful if you have the thermostat in the location which is always warmer/ colder than the other part of the place where is the temperature actually important for you. That means if you have it in a place with usually temp higher 1.6 degree then you set this offset and will be always showing you real temperature at the part of the room you need.You can choose your heating algorithm, minimal heating time and also it offers to use heating prediction feature.Great toy to monitor your house/condo temperature, save money, efficient, simple and full of features.I have only positive words about it.Ohh last note, when the thermostat blinks/flickers/ that means battery level is low and it will be good to replace them later when you can.
