Ich habe die 25L/Tag Variante seit einer Woche im Einsatz - bei mir steht er im Keller, wo ich neben Waschmaschine und Trockner auf Wäsche zum Trocknen aufhänge. Ich nutze den Ablaufschlauch.Ich hatte ihn zunächst 24h ohne Ablaufschlauch im Einsatz - der Auffangbehälter war voll - der Luftentfeuchter funktioniert also.Was mich jedoch stört:- der Ablaufschlauch ist äußerst dünnwandig und kriegt schnell Knicke/Falten. Hier muss man aufpassen, dass der Schlauch nicht durch Knicke blockiert wird - oder direkt einen stabileren Schlauch anschließen- Ich finde den Luftentfeuchter unheimlich laut. Hatte vorher einen von WDH, der deutlich leiser war.- Er läuft bei mir fast im Dauerbetrieb. Ich habe als Ziel 50% gesetzt. Sobald er bei etwa 47% ist, hört er auf zu arbeiten, dann läuft für ein paar Minuten nur noch der Lüfter, der dann auch ausgeht. Sobald der Entfeuchter wieder bei 53-54% steht, geht er wieder an (und ist dann innerhalb weniger Sekunden wieder bei 50%) --> bei mir im Wäschekeller läuft er daher fast durchgehend und hat nur wenig Zeiten, wo er aus ist --> aber: immerhin funktioniert die Abschaltautomatik (entgegen der Rezensionen andere Leute)Ich hatte ihn durch Coupons vergleichsweise günstig bekommen und würde ihn - stand heute - trotz wieder kaufen.

Das erste Gerät hat anfangs einen durchschnittlich guten Job gemacht und tatsächlich nach Stunden eine winzige Menge Wasser der Raumluft entzogen. Gerät ist jedoch nicht eben leise und hat ordentlich Hunger an der Steckdose. Das Gerät war nur selten im Einsatz in meiner Kellerwohnung und ist in Summe vielleicht 50 Stunden gelaufen. Dann, nach ca. 1 Jahr wälzt nur noch der Lüfter warme Luft um ( die Getrocknete muss kalt sein ! ) und am Display kommt der Fehler der laut Bedienungsanleitung aussagt das das ( nicht ungefährliche ) Kühlgas entwichen ist. Gerät defekt, - aufgrund der sehr selbstbewussten Garantie-Beschwörung habe ich eine Beanstandung gewagt, obwohl anscheinend andere Kunden laut den Rezensionen hier damit auf die Nase gefallen sind, bzw. extrem hohe Kosten für Rückversand um den halben Planeten hätten selbst tragen sollen. Ich wollte hart bleiben und hatte reichlich Mail-Verkehr AUF ENGLISCH mit dem Kundendienst. Mir wurde entgegen allem Erwarten zugesichert das ich ein kostenloses Ersatzgerät bekäme und auch nichts zurückschicken muss. Internationaler Versand, wieder aus China, es hat ewig gedauert und bedurfte abermals vieler Mails nach dem Verbleib der Lieferung ( musste u.a. seltsame Erklärungen unterschreiben zum Nichterhalt etc. ..... ) = viel Drama. Dann kam irgendwann tatsächlich das Ersatzgerät frei Haus geliefert ( hatte mir mittlerweile eh ein anderes BESSERES Gerät von anderem Hersteller gekauft ) ........ Ersatzgerät, - was völlig neu und unbenutzt wirkte, in Betrieb genommen, ...... es bläst auch keine kühle Luft und nach 10 Stunden im Maximalbetrieb hat sich in dem MÜLL kein einziger Tropfen Wasser gesammelt - Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer auch nicht reduziert worden ( war bei knapp unter 60% und wollte sie gerne unter 50% haben ). Das Gerät soll laut Anzeige 25 Liter Wasser pro Tag aus der Raumluft herausziehen !!!! Das zweite Gerät was auch absolut nichts taugt hat wie gesagt nach 10 Stunden Betrieb GAR NICHTS getrocknet, außer das es mir teuren Strom für absolut nichts weggelassen hat !!!!! Was für ein Müll aus Fernost = Mir fehlen alle Worte ! Abermals vor lauter Ärger auch das 2 Gerät reklamiert, denn es scheint mir selbst wenn es wenigstens ein wenig funktionieren würde für einen sicheren und unbeaufsichtigten Betrieb völlig ungeeignet. Wieder viele Mails mit dem Service auf Englisch gehabt. z.T. mit vielen Sinnfreien Fragen und Tipps. Man bot mir ein 3. Gerät an oder die Kaufpreiserstattung, wo ich mich sehr leicht für GELD ZURÜCK entscheiden konnte, nach diesen Reinfällen. SCHADE um meine Nerven, meine Zeit, und den vergeudeten Strom - spart Euch solche Erfahrungen und "FINGER WEG" von diesem Produkt sls mein Tipp !Fairerweise muss ich, - was ich wirklich nicht erwartet hätte, zugeben, daß ich am Ende tatsächlich den vollen Kaufpreis erstattet bekommen habe !!!!!! LEIDER ändert das nichts an der Unfunktion der Geräte und die ganze Werbung im Angebot was die Trockenleistung angeht ist nichts als heiße Luft.SORRY, aber da ist 1 Stern noch zuviel - den gab es dann alleinig für die Kostenerstattung ! Ich fahre jetzt durch die Gegend und muss Elektroschrott zur fachgerechten Entsorgung bringen .......

Läuft, macht was er machen soll. renne 3 x runter in den Keller um wasser auszukippen. Wände werden langsam trocken.

Mir fällt nichts negatives ein. Ich habe den Entfeuchter in der Küche stehen, da ich keinen Abzug nach draussen habe und sich bei mir trotz Lüften die Feuchtigkeit sich in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer gehalten hat. Nach einen Tag stellte ich bereits fest, dass die Fenster nicht nass unterlaufen sind. Mittlerweilen habe ich ihn nur noch nach dem Kochen (+-60%Luftfeuchte) bzw. max über Nacht laufen auf leichter Stufe und habe eine Raumfeuchte von 38-45%. Ich habe von der Küche in das Wohnzimmer einen offenen Durchgang und finde die Lautstärke für seine "Aufgabe" mehr als in Ordnung, mein Geschirrpüler ist lauter und daher stört mich der Entfeuchter nicht beim Fernsehen. Über die Beschwerden im Schlafzimmer würde ich empfehlen, ihn vllt danach einzuschalten...ps: das Gerät hat einen Timer😉

Hi,the primary thing is, that this is a very good dehumidifier - it is able to collect a lot of moisture from the air, you can easily see it by empting the 3.5l container 2, 3 times every day.Second, the warranty, 10 year warranty, which I have succesfully used now after almost 4 years it is a real threat and not common on the market.I definately recommend it.

I had this product delivered last week and after leaving it standing for 24 hours to allow the gases settle I switched it on.Was absolutely amazed by the amount of moisture it drew in in a couple of hours.After about 4 hours it had collected around 2 litres of moisture.The fan is a little noisy due to the size of the compressor ( which it needs to work well) however putting it In bedroom mode helps to reduce the noise.The different modes and fan speeds are a great addition, as it allows you to set the unit to how much moisture you would like it to extract.We can definitely feel the difference in the atmosphere at home as the air feels drier which will help with any damp issues we haveI contacted their customer service for some help, and found their response time to my query was exceptionally fast.The helped to resolve my questions and I would have no hesitation in using them again.First class service 10/10Dehumidifier 9/10.Only down marked 1 point due to fan noise

Seems to deliver well in a moderate sized 3 bed semi and over a period of a week brought down humidity levels in the house to around mid 50's (down from over 70) .. This was based on using it 12 hours a day for a week or so .. house seemed to stabilise between 55-63.Using this November time is was very noticeable how dryer the room felt and even though I have a pretty warm house during winter the room felt much nicer walking into. - Difficult to describe the feeling unless you experience it - So on the basis I noticed the change this appliance is definitely doing it's job.I use it now for drying out clothes which it does a very good job in extracting the water.Noise wise .. it's probably as noisy as having a desktop fan on full setting .. So it does make a noise you'd probably struggle to sleep if you had it in your room at night time but I've used the device overnight in a room adjacent to my bedroom and couldn't hear it at all.The only gripe is that the removeable bucket when slotted back in has a tendency to vibrate and make a noise in addition to the fan .. at that's more noise!, so have to end up removing it and putting it back in with a bit of pressure in the hope that vibration stops ... I would hazzard a guess at the internal handle within the bucket vibrating and making the noise but I'm not too sure. In anycase it's unwanted noise and happens frequently unfortunately.Moving around is easy (it's on wheels) and it's not so heavy to carrying it up and down the stairs isn't too problematic. Overall a good appliance.

Just received this Newentor dehumidifier this evening. Ran it in the kitchen started at 68 ambient. Put it on the bedroom setting 55Rh setting. We waited for it to go to 54Rh infact it went to 50Rh five points below the 55Rh setting but the compressor didn't cut out at all am I doing something wrong seem quite simple to operate anyone help me out here!! If I get this sorted ill put up a proper review in a couple of weeks time. Had it going for about two hours took about half Ltr of water out of tray.Eugene McDonaghDublinUPDATE ON MY REVIEWSo from when I bought the Newentor dehumidifier I have to say I was in touch with customer support Jaison & Andy I must say up straight it is second to none excellent customer support we had some 20 emails in conversation excellent. They worked out the issue Jaison & Andy 5 stars to them both. Very helpful and easy lay mans terms explanations. The unit itself is excellent it fairly clears the water from the air works very well. It's on castors easy to move around. Two built in handles on the side and the controls are easy to understand and use. Our house per say is not damp we had sliver fish in the house we used this dehumidifier along with a power to treat & I'm glad to say we have got rid of the problem. Some reviews said the fan was noisey I didn't find it noisey if I had it in the hall and sat in the living room you wouldn't really hear it. Very well made unit I would highly recommend this unit along with drying the air in the different rooms it would be very useful for people with breathing ailments etc. Couldn't say enough about their customer support well done Jaison & Andy 5 star for me thank you for all your help.Eugene McDonaghDublin

Does the job, takes water out of the air!Tends to rattle a little bit when getting full, but that is the float inside the collection chamber and nothing to worry about.Update 14/02/2022I have now been using this dehumidifier since 2020 and have had no problems with it until an error "E2" appeared on the display. I contacted Newentor support and they immediately sent out a new unit. Even though it was a few weeks out of the standard warranty period. This in itself is fantastic customer service and deserves acknowledgement. However, when the replacement unit arrived, it seemed ok, but after prolonged use, over about 3 days, it started to rattle and thump. Now this was nothing like the sound the float made (from initial comment after purchase, above). I recorded the strange sound and sent it over to support. They acknowledged that it was not right and concluded that it must have been damaged in transit. (The box was a bit bashed at one side). They offered to send a out a second replacement unit and that has been working flawlessly. All through this I have been speaking to Anna, who was extremely helpful. Another thing to note is that Newentor have updated the design. The new unit incorporates a carry handle into the water collection container. this is helpful when carrying the container to the sink to empty. well done Newentor (and Anna) for a great product and a fantastic customer service experience!
