This is NOT the product show I thought I was getting it has a different handle that gets very hot to touch and the lid is plastic NOT aluminium as shown in the product description so dangerous the lid falls out when you pour boiling water into the cup !!! totally dissatisfied and disappointed with this purchase would not recommend

Boils plenty of water for a large cuppa, spout has a really small diameter but works really well. Lid is easy to remove for filling & handle has a covering so is cool to the touch.Very happy with it.
