This is such a pretty bank & with a terrific capacity! Thankfully, the slot is large enough for those 'I was caught being good' coins. Another bank I bought wasn't able to accommodate those coins, and hence, needed to be returned.The colors are both soft & vibrant. Due to its reflective surface it's a fingerprint magnet. To be fair, I doubt any kid will care about that.It opens with a key (two were included). Once unlocked the coins are easily removed. Locking it ensures kids won't access the coins without parental approval. A child who doesn't require that supervision can simply be given a key with an adult keeping the spare in case of loss. (I was in my 20s before I quit losing keys, lol).Our little guy loves this & is motivated to fill it with those 'caught being good' coins. This is definitely something the whole family enjoys & benefits from.

I love this. It’s very pretty and it’s huge enough to get a lot of both cash and coins in it. I really like the lockable front door, but mostly I like the fact that it’s transparent.

So yeah... I get it. Not many people use cash anymore but I have a 2-year-old granddaughter and want her to understand the concept of saving as she grows. I stinkin' love this pretty, pretty little house bank. The holographic colors are just beautiful and the clear material will allow her see the money drop in and build. She won't get it till Christmas but that gives me a little more time to keep adding coins and bills to get her started 😉
