Not as described, the white part is made out of plastic, so it will break sooner or later. Returned immediately.

PLEASE if you're going to buy these and it's your first time setting up your camera system PLEASE BE AWARE that you have to install these and tighten only when there is 2 ball mounts in each, don't bother "testing" or they'll lock, and you will literally be unable to remove them. I ruined my 100 dollar ball mount tray because of this! The subtle warning in #4 of the description item listing is so vague and honestly I don't understand why they couldn't simply make a small warning label in the package... the package as well is a joke, it's just a small plastic used bag they come in. I realize everything from china is cheap but no wonder they are garbage products. I literally had to take my Leatherman steel saw and by hand cut them off! I'm so livid right now!

We've all seen the cheap stuff that breaks or rusts. This isn't that! They have everything you need for a complete underwater camera setup and more. They're active in the scuba board community and invite interaction from us. Make sure you get it at this price while you can!

While the ball clamps are designed to mount underwater camera lights etc.... I'm using them in a different application but the findings in my use application should show they indeed clamp the 1" mount balls very securely.• Clamping to a verity of manufactures balls:I've tested them on OEM RAM Mounts balls, a solid aluminum ball, and a two other off brand balls. The clamps securely held every one with the exception of a very cheap off brand one I have which is plastic and not very good plastic at that if you know what I mean actual nothing clamps to that one.• Adjustment toggle:The toggle is large and easy to grasp and has a positive feel too it.• Fit & Finish:Finished nicely - even and high build anodizing.• My use case:I'm using them to mount a 2-way radio to my motorcycle. I'm not using the toggle and cut the bolt to 45mm OAL and added a SS washer and nut. The reason I'm using them in this application is they are a lot slimmer profile when compare to a "standard" ball clamp. I also don't need this mount to be adjusted once set so thats why I removed the toggle - the over all look when the radio is not on the bike is a lot cleaner than a standard ball clamp. Now I only wished they made some that were longer.
