After reading the comments and reviews, I decided to take the risk and I am so glad I did! This case is great quality, and even fits the Karu 12G quite well. The back cover handle pokes out a tiny bit but I’m not fussed as the overall coverage is great, considering it is designed for the Karu 12, not the 12G. I wasn’t happy with the other carry cases provided by Ooni and other companies as I feel like it was impractical, inconveniently needed the chimney attached and didn’t cover the legs. This allows you to fold the legs, and store the chimney to the side, making it much more convenient to store. I’d definitely recommend this!

I was hesitant to buy an aftermarket coven for my Ooni Karu 16’s, but after I did a trial run with one cover, I immediately bought a second.These are quite well-made, with very good stitching, durable straps and clasps, and some really smart features built into the design.I love the elastic that surrounds the bottom of the cover, making it easy to install and remove by yourself. It slips over the oven like a fitted sheet. It has options for installing the cover with or without the chimney installed and even comes with a separate cover for when the chimney is removed, which straps to the main cover securely for transport.The cover is a nearly perfect fit, but leaves intentional room so it covers an installed gas burner and the Ooni thermometer with ease. It’s by no means loose. It also has durable straps to lock everything in place, so you can move the oven around with strong and secure handles. It is far easier to transport these ovens with this cover than without.It’s also super easy to wash. Just latch all the straps together and toss it in the washer and it’s good to go. 10/10

Although made for the earlier Ooni Karu 12 model, this carry bag fits the new Karu 12G model with its new, larger handles on both rear and front doors. And you do not have to remove either door -- see pictures. Thanks to the bag's generous proportions and main zipper, you need only to fold the legs up and drop the Karu 12G oven into the bag. The main zipper will completely close around the front door handle. The rear (fuel loading) door can either be left in place (with its handle projecting upward) or, for a more protective fit, it can be placed inside the oven. Chimney fits easily into the special front compartment. Considering that these ovens are a bit awkward to carry without some kind of exterior handles -- kinda like moving a large turtle -- this NeoLife bag makes it much easier. For packing the oven away -- or for extended travel, the front door could easily be removed and stored inside the oven along with the rear door. Ooni's clever hinge design makes this possible.
