Vor dem Kochen legen Sie Ihr Roasteasy über den Braten, bevor Sie es in den Ofen geben. Für den Gebrauch nach dem Kochen den Braten aus dem Ofen einfach mit dem Roasteasy abdecken, damit der Braten ruht. Roasteasy eignet sich zum Kochen von jeglichem Fleisch, hält Feuchtigkeit im Fleisch und ermöglicht gleichzeitig ein perfektes Bräunen und Knuspren. Roasteasy kann auch für tolle Bratkartoffeln, liebliches karamellisiertes Gemüse und schöne gebackene Kartoffeln verwendet werden (außen knusprig und innen flauschig). Roasteasy ist aus hochwertigem Edelstahl gefertigt, dadurch spülmaschinenfest und leicht zu reinigen.

Dieses Netz ist totaler Quatsch, hat einen unangenehmen Geruch, so dass man es nicht mit Lebensmitteln in Verbindung bringen möchte. Rücksendung angefordert, selbstständig frankiert, da Verkäufer in Frankreich sitzt und das Etikett keine Frankierung aufwies. Das war am 2. Januar 2025 und seitdem rührt sich niemand. Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich nicht mal den einen Stern vergeben. Enttäuschung auf ganzer Linie

Had my eye on this product and bought it at a good price. Very happy with quality, it's exactly what I've seen in specialty kitchen shops. I'm excited because I'm trying to reduce using aluminum foil when oven roasting. Arrived early.

I bought this to prevent splattering in my oven from bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers. While the cover reduced some of the splattering, it didn't stop it.

Sir cluckin' went forth and draped they self in this sturdy coif of righteousness for the long and arduous pilgrimage to the fiery inferno of my oven. Once victorious Sir clukin’ threw down his enemy and smote his ruin on top the mountain side he return to me full of juicy wisdom and sagaciously delicious flavour. In other words this chainmail thing works great for all birds. Haven’t tried it for blind baking crust yet, but that is for another day.

I have a beautiful Calphalon Roasting pan that is like god mode for roasting and I was looking for an alternative to Tin Foil. I came across this, watched a couple vids on YT, and really liked what I saw.WOW. omg.. I LOVE this thing. it really does everything it claims! The best part is, the cleaning up was a breeze, just lifted it off the turkey with some prongs (it did not stick at all!) and dropped it into some soapy water, swished it about. Done! Basting was a breeze as well. I didn't have to deal with lifting tin foil. My turkey came out a gorgeous soft golden brown and was so incredibly juicy, tender, and delicious.The only small con I had with this item is that my thermometer stem didn't fit thru the chinks, so I did have to bring the turkey out just to check temperature. I mean it wasn't a big deal b/c I was doing a low temp roast (250), but it would have been better if I could have just left it in. I am wondering if one of the new digital readers would fit. I just don't like them b/c you can't calibrate them and I've read so many bad things about them.Anyhow, I give this a big thumbs up. =D

Cette cotte de maille remplace avantageusement n'importe quel couvercle et donne un excellent rendu gustatif à la viande ... Ma femme l'utilise également pour des gâteaux, en fond blanc.
