First, there are NO instructions whatsoever. If you've done this before on other bikes, or are mechanically inclined, it's not too bad to figure out.The quality is just OK, after the plate was cut the edges were never cleaned up, and then it was painted over these rough edges and it will likely not age well when that paint starts to flake off.The hole for the license plate light wiring is not big enough to run the plug for the wiring through, so you'll need a large drill bit or dremel to open it up.You'll need to reuse the hardware for the turn signals and the license plate light, so don't toss anything until it's all back together.
