Curiosa di provare una ricetta che invitava a fare un kebab di pollo in forno con uno di questi aggeggi...ne ho cercato uno, probabilmente ancora non molto usati perché è stato molto difficile trovarne con recensioni, e con recensioni positive. Tutte lamentavano la fragilità del perno centrale che dopo qualche utilizzo si dissalda. Questo in effetti pare molto robusto il filetto del perno è lungo 1 cm e si avvita in modo molto fermo. Un tappo in plastica copre la punta che comunque è "spuntata" ma consente di infilzare la carne...e non la mano...(Oddio, sempre punta è!) Ha due punte, una da 30 e una da 23 cm. Lo provo e aggiorno...;)

I bought this to create some pita/gyros chicken on the bbq ... My weber kettle 57cm does not close as the smallest rod is about 2 cm to big. So you can not put it on the grate and close the lid. Seriously they should have added a 3rd rod just for that. If you want to use this on a weber kettle with the lid closed well get something else. Yes you can use this without a lid ... but this is going to take ages and the top will never get cooked at all. So a waste of the money if you ask me. The smallest rod even barely fits my standard oven here in BelgiumHow did I solve this ... I have fire proof bricks, i stacked them, put a scale on it and put this stand in the scale. So i have this in the middle and 2 baskets on the side and can close the lid. Result was good, but this is a shame i can not just put in the normal grilling grate and put it on top of the grate. The lid does not close then and is wobbly. A centimeter or 2 less would have been ideal on the smallest rod.I have quite a few onlyfire products, but this one is the first thing I say: what the hell were they thinking. As a "bbq" company focused on providing alternatives this dissapoints me bigtime. The material is good and is sturday, that is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. This is a serious design flaw. Any bbq with a top close is meant to be used with the top closed for most things. So Onlyfire get your design people/engineers to rethink what they are doingPerhaps in a kamado this might work, but as I don't have one I can not judge for that

Acheté pour faire cuire la viande pour des kebabs. Assez long et stable pour mettre dans un plat au four.

Die Spieße sind aus hochwertigem Edelstahl gefertigt. Sie lassen sich einfach auseinander schrauben und können leicht gereinigt werden. Ich würde sie auf jeden Fall noch einmal kaufen.

I bought a very cheap kebab stand like this to make kelly kebabs on my kamado bbq (louisiana grills 24) and i was not impressed, the build quality was terrible and it was ruined after 3 uses. So hence me looking for a more solid replacement, this was a bit more expensive than others but you get what you pay for, this is made from very thick metal and is very well made, the two spikes are great and the hole is welded perfectly central and straight (the previous cheap one i had was neither). The smaller spike comfortably held 2 kg of chicken thighs and when sat on my skillet (to catch the meat juice) was perfect. I would highly recommend this to anyone it is very well made and i can see it lasting many years. perfect for any kebabs you may want to cook and i will also be chucking a couple of halfed onions and lemons on it this week then chucking a chicken on it via its cavity. If you are unsure on this because of the price don't be it's fantastic!I hope this review was helpfulOh and if you haven't tried the chicken thigh kebab i referred to then try it it's a must and there are plenty of youtube videos telling you the recipe etc.CheersShaun

Absolut top, gute Qualität und das sauber machen ist echt einfach.Da man es auseinanderschrauben kann, ist es auch echt platzsparend aufzubewahren.
