Sizing on jammers and briefs have always been a gamble sometimes since my thighs tend to run bigger. I'm 5'6, 155lb, athletic build. I tried these in size 30 and size 28. The 30 feel a bit more comfortable in the thighs but feel a bit too loose in the waist. The 28 works perfectly, more tighter fit for the thighs but feels more of a proper fit over all. Also since I'm not really tall, these sit 3 -4 in above my knees so perfect length in my opinion than most jammers that sit right about at my knee. It's also has good material in the front, so things are kept decent, if that makes sense. I'm not super large, only above average and these offer good support for everything Hope this helps people with questions about sizing and fit.
