I chose the 10mm star based on the main description, however do be aware that although this is set out as being 10mm it's actually 15mm & is quite big if you go for the larger size. Again, do be aware that the confusion on the description states he gauge is both 18g & 16G - it's 16G. This should be sorted out on the description page. The metal is G23 titanium.Apart from the muddle this is a very attractive, simple & modern open star that can be easily rotated once in because it's so smooth with the clicker closed. The clicker & hinge are so well smoothed that I actually found it hard to find again to take it out, but that bodes very well if you intend to keep it in longer term. As the metal is titanium this will be fine for long term wear as it's the most hypoallergenic ring metal going.The simple abstract design, the quality workmanship & the excellent clicker closure make this one a top notch choice.Recommend
