I use it to bake bread and it does not burn at up to 375F and does not stick. I have been using it for half a year. The bread dough is set to rise in a bowl lined with parchment paper and when ready I lift the dough by the corners of the parchment paper and place into a preheated Dutch oven.

Works well. Expensive so I use it sparingly for important meals. Wish all products were made this clean and pure
