We use this as part of proper rehydration when he gets dehydrated, which has very adverse effects medically so we find that these are especially handy to keep one in my purse, and toiletries bag when traveling, the gym bag, car etc. they are quickly reconstituted by adding to a water bottle or other liquid, taste is pleasant. I don’t go anywhere without one. They have been a lifesaver in my family. Will probably order the bigger pack next time!

I bought these for keeping in the car or in our emergency bags but around the time they came I ended up getting the flu which resulted in a few days of loosing lots of fluids. I ended up using a few of these and considering what they are, they taste great and seem to help with hydration as intended. I've bought more since then.

This is a great product for kids hydration and when they are sick. I found Amazon has better pricing when comparing to other stores and would continue buying this product. Thanks

I'm quite dehydrated so these powder packets are wonderful . Their size makes them travel friendly ~ all you need is water and a container ! Sometimes I buy Liquid IV from Costco because it's most economical , though the Pedialyte freeze pops are a good deal and work fast .Within minutes My leg cramp is gone & I can blow my nose & go to the bathroom .

I ordered this product on the 8th may 2021 and received a product that expired on 1st may 2021. Extremely disappointed given the price
