Ich bin mit dem Trinkbrunnen sehr zufrieden. Würde ich wieder bestellen. Er läßt sich super reinigen und schnell zusammen bauen. Ist nicht zu klein und nicht zu groß. Man hört ihn nicht sprudelt vor sich hin ohne das man was hört. Tolles teil auch weil es immer am Netz hängt finde ich besser mein Vorgänger ein anderes Teil musste mit Akku geladen werden und der Akku hat nicht lange durchgehalten.

After 6 months of using without problem, I got flashing green and blue lights indicating power loss, I checked the cable unplug and all, then it switched to flashing blue (not enough water) so I took all pieces apart after watching a YouTube video from Petkit and cleaned everything reattached everything, filled up the tank, still flashing blue, unplug replug wait and all, nothing works. Apparently i can’t send it for repair through Amazon as it is more than a month old (!!?? Seriously??! ) so basically there is a high chance this is going for garbage if i can’t get Petkit to provide me with support soon. Also to know: there are many people having the same issue, writing on the Petkit support page and not getting any answer.

Tyst pump som är kraftfull! Lätt att rengöra och fylla på vatten. Valde den vita/transparenta och man ser tydligt hur mycket vatten det är kvar. Våra fyra katter älskar den! Bästa fontänen hittills (provat 4-5 olika sorter).

Brunnen funktioniert gut. Ist sehr leise und wird gut von Katzen angekommen.Nur nach 4 Monaten reißt der Kunststofftank an der Seite ein.Update 22.02.2025: der Hersteller hat einen neuen zur Verfügung gestellt. Hat mit mir Kontakt aufgenommen. Sehr gutes Kundenservice. Weiter so

Der Brunnen ist angenehm leise, die Katzen lieben ihn, allerdings sollte die Pumpe länger durchhalten als nur vom 21 Juni 2024 bis 04 August 2024 (Return window closed on 21 July 2024). Habe den Brunnen und auch die Pumpe alle 3-4 Tage gereinigt. Die Pumpe hatte von Anfang an immer zwei Anläufe gebraucht, lief dann aber. Am 04 August lief sie überhaupt nicht mehr an und das Wireless Pad hat nur noch blau geblinkt. Auch "Neustart" Versuche und ein anderes Netzteil haben es nicht lösen können. Das erste Netzteil war ein 5V und 1A von Samsung, das zweite ein 5V und 2A von Huawei.Edit: Das Pad und die Pumpe ca. 30 Minuten lang nicht mit Strom versorgen hat das Problem scheinbar gelöst. Sie läuft wieder, ist auch egal ob mit 5V + 1A Netzteil, 5V + 2A Netzteil oder sogar 5V + 3A. Außerdem hat mir PETKIT-de eine vollständige Rückerstattung angeboten. Die Rückerstattung ist nicht notwendig, es funktioniert und ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Brunnen.

Cichy pijący, działa dobrze, kot ją lubi. Jedyną rzeczą jest to, że filtr trzeba co jakiś czas wymienić, ale to chyba tylko zdrowsze dla kota.

Meine Katzen fanden diesen Trinkbrunnen von Anfang an sehr gut und haben mit Freude daraus getrunken.Er war sehr leise und hat weder die Katzen noch uns gestört.Mit den Anzeigen für zu wenig Wasser und Filterwechsel, konnte ein Verdursten der Katzen verhindert werden und das Wasser war stets frisch.Leider ist nach etwas über einem Jahr der Motor der Pumpe ungewöhnlich laut geworden, selbst die vom Support empfohlenen Maßnahmen konnten keine Veränderung herbeiführen.Der Hersteller lehnt jegliche Gewährleistung ab, verweist auf seine einjährige Gewährleistung und schickt lediglich einen Link zur neuen Pumpe, auf der amerikanischen Seite von Amazon.Zusammengefasst:Ein sehr guter Trinkbrunnen, leicht zu reinigen und der, dank Filter, immer frisches Wasser für unsere Lieben bereit hält - solange die Pumpe funktioniert!Kundensupport reagiert schnell aber leider nicht so, wie man sich das als Kunde wünscht und wie es der Gesetzgeber (§§ 437, 438 BGB) vorsieht.EDIT 12.12.2022:Nachdem ich in der Korrespondenz erneut darauf hingewiesen habe, dass für den Verkauf in Deutschland eine zweijährige Gewährleistung gilt, wurde plötzlich doch eine Ersatzpumpe (angeblich) versendet.Da der Versand aus Asien erfolgt, werden meine Katzen und ich wohl noch länger mit der nun lauten Pumpe leben müssen.Aufgrund der Einsicht des Kundenservices revidiere ich mein hartes Urteil. Ein Stern Abzug bleibt jedoch für den mittelmäßigen Kundensupport.

Installatie is gedaan in 2 minuten. Werkt perfect en mijn kat 🐈‍⬛ drinkt graag uit dit mooie fontein. Je hoort de fontein helemaal niet. Zeker een goed product.

Update Aug-2022:After running for more than a year, the pump finally died. Thankfully a replacement pump was available here for $10 and this thing is running again! BTW, dont get scared when the pump suddenly stops. It seems to be a power-saving thing! It comes back in a bit!!Update 9/14:This unit is working just fine. Ofcourse I DIYed a filter instead of forking $4 each time. Oh those filters get bad pretty quick.If you read a review that says the pump stopped working, thats just poor maintenance. Its just because the user didnt clean the impeller/suction part properly. See, you are supposed to take the entire unit apart, rinse, wash properly to remove cat food residue. Oh, it is gonna get into the pump inlet, with or without the filter. My motor did the same thing: lights blink, then no action. Clean the pump after taking it apart, in fast water, its just as new...========================================================================The background story is my cat always spilled water from his bowl just to check if its "alive". So I was tired of drying the carpet and yelling at him when he does that. So I needed something to check and control this behaviour. So my review will be from this perspective.Whats good1. Silence. Yes! Its super super quiet. I can swear its now working if it was not for the minute movement of the water fountain.2. No spillage!! I have used two other electric cat fountains and in both of them there was enough water for my cat to play with and ergo spill on the carpet. This device has very little amount of water available for him to spill. Also the "Infinity pool" concept ensures the water is not at the edge of the drinking bowl, thus preventing accidental spills. Love this piece of design.3. Setup is simple. Just pop in the motor, connect the wire, fill water and its on!4. Love the blue light. My cat is curious all the time (including ones he saw already!) So in a dark room this catches his attention and he investigates, sniffs and ergo he drinks water often!Whats I didnt like1. I wasnt happy about the motor being loose the 5v connection is in the water. Agreed, its a low voltage and Im pretty sure its water tight. As an electrician, thats not something Im comfortable with, unless its sealed by silicone. Im assuming the thought process was to "replace" the motor when it goes bad? The designers need to think, no one is going to replace just the motor. They are gonna toss this out and get a new unit by itself. So why not just fuse the motor to the unit into a water tight unit!!?2. Filter Media: $4 for each is not just a sustainable option. Especially with having to change frequently as it is getting soggy in less than a month.3. Cable management. The cable management design under the unit is just not working. I tried following instruction and the cable and connector keeps popping out. Its not a deal breaker but its an annoyance.OverallThis is much better than the ones I have seen in Walmart and definitely better option for cats that like playing with still water! What got me onboard is that my cat hated the other fountains due to its noise and very active water flow. But the quiet motor and minimal fountain movement won him over.Keeping this one, we are.
