Connecting the transmitter and the receiver was super easy. My issue was I couldn't get it to play chimes. It was on mute mode. The lights lit up but no chime. I tried everything I could find online and nothing worked. I reached out to the company and received a response the same day! Turns out I needed to change the function by short pressing the pairing button on the receiver. Works perfectly now.Great product! Great company!The pic I'm sharing was sent to me by the wonderful customer service rep. Hope it can help someone else if they run into the same issue.In the pic it says press the "setting" button. Nowhere is it labeled the setting button. It is the pairing button.

In der App wird ständig Bewegung angezigt oder gar kein Bewegung..Die Anbindung über Tuya spp zu google home funktionierte ebenso nicht..

It works great and is inexpensive. The receiver is nice and small. It plugs into my kitchen outlet, since that is central in my house. Some receivers are on the large side blocking the outlet. It is loud enough at the factory setting. I haven't tried changing the sound on it yet. Installing could not possibly be easier. Put the ringer up using included mounting tape or secure with included screws and anchors. Plug in the receiver into any outlet. My husband had it up and working in minutes. I had looked at more expensive ones but with such a great price I went with this one.
