No instructions. If you are not familiar with the sublimation techniques, you have no chance on efficiently using this bundle. I own a small business and I needed around 20 personalized mugs and I figured that this bundle can prove in handy. Never in my life was I so wrong... after reading all the technical BS in the manual, I've noticed that the only actual tutorial represents a list with temperatures. I later found out that I need to learn AutoCad or a similar app to use the vinyl plotter and if you're used to Celsius degrees -good luck!- you're better off doing neuro-surgery rather than pressing a lousy mug. The only reason I would buy it again would be to smash it piece by piece with a hammer
